The Pokejob Method

In Pokemon Sword and Shield, there are many ways to gain experience on Pokemon.  Currently, the most common way for raising Pokemon quickly is by doing a lot of Max Raids, which grand EXP candy once finished whether or not you catch the Pokemon. However, I believe there is a faster way.

The Pokejob Experience Training Method:

This is a method for training pokemon to level 100 the quickest possible way in Pokemon Sword and Shield. This method uses the date manipulation method in Pokemon Sword and Shield, and if you do not know what that is, watch this video:

You do not need the beam to be purple for the Pokejob method, any beam works, the only part you need to know how to do is the second half of the video.

Here are the steps for the Pokejob Method:

1. Throw a wishing piece into the den closest to the hammerlock exit of the wild area (straight ahead from the exit, Den 53 on this map: https://bit.ly/2P1BPRd
2. Give the pokemon you wish to train the lucky egg, place this Pokemon in the PC.
3.Go to the PC in Hammerlocke and select the Check Pokejobs option.
4.Select the job with the highest stars (it doesn't matter what type they ask for)
5.Choose only this Pokemon that you have given the Lucky Egg, back out and confirm your selection of only this Pokemon
6.Choose that you want your Pokemon to the be on the job the Whole Day.
7.Go back to the den you just lit up with the piece, interact with the light, and select Invite Others.
8.Perform the date manipulation method by going to the Switch menu and advance the date forward by 1.
9.Go back into the game and back out of the den.
10.Go back to the PC in Hammerlocke and collect your pokemon from their job (they should have gained anywhere between 36,000-64,000 EXP)
11. repeat

This whole thing takes about 2 minutes per cycle, and if you use the lucky egg it'll go by very quickly
I went and did 18 pokejobs taking 36 minutes 18 seconds to get the pokemon from level 1 to level 100 on a Drilbur/Excadrill (I evolved it half way through with a rare candy so as to not be stuck with a level 100 Drilbur, but I am pretty sure you can just give it a rare candy at level 100 and it will evolve)
The method gave me 36,000 watts and a level 100 pokemon in just over 30 minutes, I would highly recommend this to anyone over max raids.

TL:DR Use the Den next day method to complete Pokejobs instantaenously, giving you a level 100 Pokemon in about 30 minutes)
