I have stated CLEAR reasons as to why it is an issue

1: IF PDXE is to join. The Constituion needs to be NULL AND VOID as all Founders should have equal invested interest.. and bargaining power.
2: IF the consitution presently is current and any joining orgs have to barter around it... its fucked and one sided already.. factually. Anyone can take a look and see Orpec IS in lead of it.
3: There was a verabal agreement between NG and I that the 5 founder party is what would be.. the fact that ORPEC is just looking out for themself.. without caring about other prospective members OR prospective founders... is CLEARLY evident of self interest ONLY
4: Do not state what my focus is, as I was debating NG in theory not in principle.. unless its on paper nothing goes.
5: It is in my strong belief.. That this coalition should be based on 2 simple principles. THE founding parties drawing up a firm constituion we can all get behind.. and sign at once.. AND THEN 2: a simplified process to make ammendments to allow more parties if we agree.
IF part 5 is not realized within a week, pdxe will pull out.
