So as you know the Jr Mod rank(s) is still open and we are looking for someone, so I have a couple of questions:
First & most important question:
Do you want it? If yes then please let us know what your motivations are and why we should pick you to be the first Jr Mod.
Do you believe you are ready for a promotion to Jr Mod? (reason?)

No matter what your previous answer was,
- Who do you think would be a great Jr Mod out of the current helpers and why?(besides yourself)
- What makes that person a better pick than you? (if they arent then let us know why you are better)
-Who should not get it in your opinion and give us a short reason why (we'll go deeper into this if you mention someone we were considering)



This has nothing to do with the Jr Mod rank but if you want to give me/us some feedback then now is a good time ^^
