- I felt at peace and I felt like I did not need to ask questions
- But at the same time it did not feel like what I woudl typically consider earthen or grounded
- I was still feeling sort of high and elated but in a way that was also calm
- I felt "rooted" more than I felt "grounded"
- I felt confidence and I felt like I could grow without being attached to my own internal "ground"
