##**Introduction:**
Greetings, our static is currently trying to reform, doing sigma weeklies, speedkills, sales, and 4.3 Ultimate Progression. We are a fairly new group but have some merits under our belt such as:

* Pre-4.2 Ultimate Clear
* Sigmascape Day 3 Clear, Rank 21 World

Ideally, we are looking for players that are of high caliber to fill our ranks, and we have high expectations from each of our members.

##**Mission Goal:**
Until we are all bis, we will just be doing weeklies / various fun runs such as ultimate, min ilvl old content, etc. When we are all bis, we will be doing speedkills and aiming for top times. For 4.3, aka, ultimate, we plan on doing one day of hardcore progression, followed by a week of 6-8hr raid days to get the most progression possible before returning to a more lax schedule. We plan on killing ultimate either a week, or two weeks after the first kill. Not exactly a world progression static, but a very hardcore raid focused static.

##**Scheduling:**
For 4.3 / any patch drop, we will be doing **one** day of 16 hour progression, followed by 8 hours of progression for every consecutive day in the first week if the tier is not already dead. Following this, any weeks afterward we will be doing 20h raid weeks (4hrs a day / 5 days) if the tier is still not dead, and 15 hr weeks (3hrs a day / 5 days) for farm / speedruns. Typically, we start raid at around 10:00 PM EST and end whenever we see fit, usually around 2:00 AM.

##**Things we're looking for in prospective trials:**

**Mechanical Prowess**
You must be able to do each and every mechanic consistently while maintaining high DPS.

**Drive**
Simply have passion for the game and raiding in general, don't feel like you are forced to attend raid days, want to be there.

 **Attitude**
In the end, we'll be spending a lot of time together as a group, so we're looking for someone that has a good personality and won't bring down raid morale with toxicity.

 **Ability to take Criticism**
We want to help each other improve, and as such we'll mention things for the betterment of the group; so be able to take criticism without taking it personally.

Having an ultimate clear is highly preferable, but not required, feel free to apply if you are interested in the positions. If seen fit, we will run ultimate as a group to practice / gain synergy.
