Ghost Jason Backup

The fan film *Never Hike Alone* was made in an attempt to make the classic *Friday the 13th* slasher, [Jason Voorhees](https://imgur.com/a/QZE1D15), scary again.  In the words of the writer and director, Vincente DiSanti, he wanted to look at what happens in between the Friday films, and who are the victims who simply become a statistic, rather than take part in the massacres of the films.  Despite having a much lower body count than canon Jason, this killer, known as Ghost Jason to fans, is most certainly superhuman and incredibly efficient in the art of murder.

*Note: As far as I can tell, the first eight Friday films are canon to this fan project.*
