1.	Copy the files to a windows system
2.	Open the file in excel
3.	Select “Fixed width” as the original data type
4.	Change the “start import at row” to match the row with the column names
5.	Press next
6.	Ensure that the column breaks line up with the end of the === breaks.
7.	Press finished.
8.	Delete the “====” separator lines
9.	save as an excel spreadsheet.
