I only just got back into things and still with very little time and your on my nuts about wanting better drop logs (did that for you), wanting merchant logs (already told you I would do); wanting all the tabs on frontend (a lot of work that is not as high in priorities), deciding on your own who gets promoted and gets DB access (not your decision to make), wanting command history (not your job role)... I could probably come up with more. I'm starting to get the feeling about csr chat that I get with public channels, where god forbid I say one thing and everyone wants this or that and gets offended when I don't drop what I'm doing to work on it

- [9:43 AM] Braknar: I would prefer this conversation not end in silence, and as I said I would like to get things worked out. We (this isn't just me asking, I'm speaking for all the guides here) are asking that you be more available to us. At the VERY least we need you responsive to Sirken and myself. A simple "ok" or "I'll get to it" as a response is infintely better than the silence we get. The silence sends a message we don't matter, what we say doesn't matter, and you give no fucks about what we are doing or saying. This is why I mentioned in GM chat that the group in there (you, me, nilbog, and Sirken) are a lagely disfunctional group. Outside of Sirken and myself (and occasionally when I have to talk to nilbog when you continue to ignore me) we don't talk. You can not have a functional organization with that. Yes you are just coming back, but lets be honest here. In the nearly 2.5 years I've been on staff, you've rarely been engaged with us for longer than 1-2 months, and that is a huge problem. Again, I understand real life takes prescendence here, but I'm just highlighting some issues in hopes we can get some solutions moving foreward. This is not an ultimatum, but more a framing of the situation. If we don't get some good solutions moving foreward, I would expect over half the CSR staff to leave in the next 2-3 months.
- [9:46 AM] Braknar: A great example of what our communication should be is when I spotted the drop log bug, you jumped on that and shocked the shit out of me. I didn't expect it, and that was AMAZING. You were responsive, and it was fixed immediately. If all our interactions were like that I don't think I'd be having this conversation.
