Description of Incident

I, myself, was not victimized.

However, I am a participant of a Discord [A internet-based program used to have voice-calls with other people, typically in the context of playing video games], and I'm in a group chat in which one of the channels has relevant information that draws me towards suspicion of Credit Card fraud.

The information (seen here; http://puu.sh/xbYBc/44a307ede5.png , further information found here on pastebin; https://pastebin.com/ ) includes four individuals who are possibly being victimized and having money taken from their bank accounts, under the intent of committing of identity theft and credit card fraud.

The individuals in this Discord chat-room frequently play a popular online video game, League of Legends. Cosmetics for the in-game characters can be purchased; initially, this may seem childish and even infantile, but the unfortunate reality is that hundreds, if not thousands of dollars may be spent on said cosmetics. I have no information on the individuals being affected, but considering there are 33 individuals whose actions I can't account for, there is a likely chance that this information, if real, is being abused and these people may be suffering thousands of dollars in loss.
