Games I have to finish

These are games that I have started but not finished (or not under specific conditions, like FNV and ME1), or feel like I didn't play enough, not in a specific order and with commentary:

GTA IV (better than V in many ways)
Morrowind (got good)
Oblivion (the dialog is ass)
New Vegas (one more time, sidequests and DLCs)
Mass Effect (no guns, talents only run)
Witcher (pretty good but not exactly addicted)
Witcher 2 (probably will have to restart from scratch and import save from 1)
Hitman 2 (silent assassination is ass)
LEGO Harry Potter 5-7 (co-op would be nice)
Deus Ex (pretty good but I kinda dropped it)
Twilight Princess (maybe)
KotOR (probably 2 as well afterwards)
Alpha Protocol (also see if it gets any better)
EYE Divine Cybermancy (still no idea wtf is going on)
Stalker SoC (takes longer than it'd seem at first, haven't even started the other games in the series)
Minecraft (unironically, probably with a friend)
Assassin's Creed (goddamn I can't seem to be involved in it as I'd want to be)
Assassin's Creed II (finished on Xbox 360 but not on PC, also need to finish other games in the series)
Sonic Adventure DX (on PC, not likely that I'll do so any time soon however)
Sonic Adventure 2 Battle (same thing as SADX)
Half-Life (started with Sven Co-op but never really bothered)
Half-Life 2 (I kind of finished it once but not really into it)
Halo (on PC, damn it was good but hard on legendary)
Halo 3 (on Xbox 360, which means it's unlikely that I'll finish it soon)
Postal 2 (yeah)
Paper Mario (am playing on phone so it shouldn't take long)
Sonic 4 ep1&2 (probably will never finish it, also SEGA basically dropped it so what's even the point?)
Borderlands Pre-Sequel (never, it is cancer in video game form)
Fear 3 (hated it compared to 2, didn't play 1 yet)
Portal 2 (overpraised, overrated, over everything, dropped very quickly)
Scribblenauts Unlimited (kek)
Terraria (for some reason can't get into it, find it boring)
Bully (it was pretty good)
Game Dev Tycoon (pretty fun)
Kerbal Space Program (for some reason I never really bothered with it even though I bought it)
The Sims 2 (I've yet to at least make a second family generation without getting too distracted)
The Sims 3 (pretty much the same as 2)
Mount & Blade Warband (never got involved into it)
Amnesia (got stuck and distracted)
Burnout Paradise (boring as fuck)
San Andreas (too much distraction, couldn't finish it)
Star Wars Force Unleashed (dropped it on the first mission, but didn't find it particularly bad at first)
Deus Ex Human Revolution (want to finish it again, don't feel like explored it enough)
LotR War in the North (it was good, but I kinda just stopped playing a long while ago)
Fallout 1 (need to get good)
Batman Arkham Origins (didn't feel the hype and never got past like the first few hours)
Sonic Kart Transformed (ain't doing all those extra challenges)
Saints Row 3 (didn't get the hype, as boring as it can be, probably won't bother with 4 either)
