Abby Hamilton was to be a brilliant plastic surgeon. She excelled at med school, had a great eye for aesthetic. Sadly, she was a late bloomer for her magic talent which only manifested for some reason in her mid-twenties. Bye bye modern medical equipment.

Luckily, Abby decided that her new talents did not preclude her from following her dream career (and make a lot of money in it). She had already an extensive knowledge of the human body and just needed to study up on biomancy. By now she is in her 30s (but still looks like 21) and is essentially the Plastic Surgeon to the Magic Community. Want "natural E cups"? Always thought you looked better in blonde? Six-Pack without the effort to work for it? Abby can help you. Full gender change? She's working on that too...

Of course the Council is less than amused, but so far she has not broken the 2nd Law outright, even if she has a somewhat sitcom archnemesis relationship with Wizard Listens to Wind. The fact that any description of her seems to be outdated a month later is not helping the Council keep track of her too.
