  1. 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  2. 1 Tbsp salted butter
  3. 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  4. 1 Egg
  5.  
  6. Mix all the ingredients in a mug (or bowl)
  7.  
  8. Microwave the mug for 90 seconds (if mixed in a bowl then transfer to the mug before microwaving the mug)
  9.  
  10. Overturn the mug and it will slide out
  11. Slice and eat, or toast, or make a sandwich
  12. Total Macros for 1 serving (1 whole mug):
