  4. Three-kanji names
  5. All characters having three-kanji names are almost always referred to by them or the first syllable is treated as a "surname" while the last two syllables are treated as a "given name."
  6. The only exception is Tekkisen in M01, as the first kanji in his name is connected to the second one by the means of ッ, but he's always referred to by the full name, so it's probably a mononym or a title.

One might argue "Tanhi" and "Tankou" should be separated with "Tan" being their clan name, but Tanhi is always referred to as "Tanhi" by everyone, even her brother who should be calling her by her given name, so the "Tan" part should be treated as a clan-referring part of their mononymic given names.
