VIPER at least 2 point in snare is a must vs a melee
CENT watch many cent offlaner replay, not sure if that item start ic correct, you can't have only 10cs in that lane at min 10

3:25 wisp: is literally impossible to die in that lane.You should upgrade courier before dying

3:50 lc : wisp should check rune, you just farm untill 6, and spam nuke on stacked camp when u are 5. You should have 30-35 creep at min 5 not 15
6:10 wisp : no way to die if you attack silencer.
