[Suggestion] List reason for "is not going to be installed"

cat /etc/issue

Ubuntu 12.04

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:videolan/master-daily

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install vlc

sudo apt-get install libvlccore5
