1. The States of [url=http://rivalregions.com/#state/details/2449]Vinland (2449)[/url] and the [url=http://rivalregions.com/#state/details/2909]Bilzerian Empire (2909)[/url] will hereby forth enter in an agreement of defensive allegiance. Changes to state name or state coat of arms do not relinquish commitment to the pact, and each member is encouraged to update this original article as need be.

2. If either state is attacked by an opposing state, regardless of bloc affiliation, the state leaders of such states will mobilize troops to defend said attacked state.

3. If in the event that either state is the aggressor in a conflict, unless given proper [i]agreed upon reason[/i] to the other state leader in advance, the opposite state leader is not required to abide by the pact.

4. The Pact is thus fore taken into effect at the time this article is posted by both members of the pact. Which also serves as a signatory measure of each state.

5. The time of the pact is indefinite. If either member decides to relinquish their commitment to the pact, at any time this can be done with 1-week notice. At this time, the original article that was posted from both sides will be edited to include the time of termination.

Although we are two states separated by bloc affiliation. We can still be, and show that we can still be strong allies and brothers in arms.

Through this agreement, we hope to create a strong bond between our two player bases, and communities. And invite others to do the same.
