- Application System:
- Have a job board in place with a military officer taking care of it
- Have soldiers apply for jobs (reporter, PMO, supplier etc)
- Have military officer review the applications for each job, approve one and make nessessary arrangements
- Profit
- PMO:
- Build a constant system with training materials and make the job as simple as possible.
- Option: Shut down applications when platoons are full
- PR:
- Shut down current system until the structure is in place
- Select an editor
- Use application system to have Army Corps privates become reporters
- Reporters report on stuff, put their stuff on a news paper
- profit
- Supply:
- One of the last jobs, build a supply system based on the divisional changes (with tiered supply levels, bonuses)
- High Command:
- Reduce to only General, XO, Branch officers (no deputies)
- Operations department:
- Contains PMO, Supply Team, Applications Officer, Platoon commanders, etc.
- Overseen by XO, XO reports to High Command reports, ideas, etc.
- THE DIVISIONS THEMSELVES
- Army Corps:
- Platoons of 10-15 soldiers
- Commanded by lieutenant [ACTIVE, someone who either is happy doing this with army supplies, or a marine]
- Lieutenant organizes timed strikes for his platoon (almost daily), making activity ingame his biggest priority. (increases competition between platoons, means activity!)
- PM's soldiers who arent up to snuff, Makes reports for PMO
- Overall, a lieutenant makes a nice environment for soldiers who might be new, and helps them get comfortable. basically what platoons were before V2
- Marines:
- Next level up from Army Corps, something to look up and forward to for Privates
- Smaller groups, 6 or 7 max, Branded as 'Fireteams'
- Same environment as in platoons, they strike together, hitting hard when needed
- Commanded by ? [Squad leader], who maintains the group and provides PMO
- MOOSE:
- Pipe Dream for Army Corps, CAF's best of the best.
- same Fireteam like groups, lead by the General of the CAF
- Has a soldier that maintains the group, etc (will go into more detail when im not tired)
- ALL GROUPS (platoons, fireteams) HAVE
- a forum area
- a topic where damage totals are kept for each soldier automatically, measured daily by influence, set up by a PMO or someone with google docs knowhow. The watercooler, where a lieutenant can set goals and provide bonuses, etc.
