1 egg, 1/8th cup white sugar, and a nice glob of creamy pb. separate the egg, whip the sugar into the yolk until its creamy and pale yellow, add in the white, a touch of vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and a teaspoon of baking powder, mix well, add in the peanut butter (about 3 tablespoons), mix well. transfr to a large microwave-safe dish, nuke on high for up to 2 minutes, checking every 15 seconds after 45 seconds if its done (top should be matte, not glossy/wet), serve with ice cream
