  1. [18:36] Ronyx hums, dragging his tongue across the length of his teeth. "I'm sorry to hear that, lass. Well, with Adrian here, yer in good company. 'n' if he ever ain't around, I'm a good backup." He snorts, giggling wildly for a few moments, before it trails off.
  2.
  3. "So, ye seem to have the eloquence of someone from Caelfall. Hope it ain't rude to ask what brings ye to our lot. Messaris, that is."
  4. (Ronyx Jelka)
  5.
  6.
  7. [18:39] Gunnhildr Skeggjöld says, "All right."
  8. [18:39] Ronyx Jelka asks, "How goes yer training, Gunny?"
  9. [18:39] She smiled, turning her sightless eyes towards Ronyx "I agree, I think I could do a lot worse than being in the Company of the two of you."
  10.
  11.
  12. She shifts uncomfortably on the bench at the question, this time not cause the bench was hard on her, but due to the question.
  13.
  14. "Well, long story short, I think I trailed a wagon, but I don't know… "
  15. (Liz)
  16.
  17.
  18. [18:42] The Ookami would laugh relaxingly. As she would get up and flex her biceps.
  19.
  20. "Well Ronny, I am gonna put my training to the test soon. I am gonane use my knowledge of metal magic to help climb the icy mountains!"
  21.
  22. She would yell, as she would slowly place her hands unto her hips in determination.
  23. (Gunnhildr Skeggjöld)
  24.
  25.
  26. [18:43] Adrian Stouthand says, "The mountains, eh? I've been up there a few times.."
  27. [18:43] Ronyx Jelka says, "Aye, bit too cold fer my liking... But I wish ye luck."
  28. [18:45] Ronyx smiles towards Gunny, speaking a few more words before his attention turns back to the more frail amongst them."Well, Gunny, if yer headed to the mountains, I'd just say to bring plenty of food 'n' warm clothes. Yer furs ought to be fine enough, but it can't hurt to have extra." He blinks a few times, before stretching and finally turning back. "Trailed a wagon, as in, ye got lost from a caravan? I'm sure someone could lead ye back to yer homestead." He scratches his nose, looking over her 'stick'. "Though I take it yer probably not hurting for the ability to defend yerself."
  29. (Ronyx Jelka)
  30.
  31.
  32. [18:46] She pats her stick, "It was actually a gift... There was someone that took pity on me as I blindly stumbled around here and bumped into crates, so he got me this so that I could use it to, well, poke around a bit and not crash into everyone and everything."
  33.
  34. She chuckled and added. "Though I still do.."
  35. (Liz)
  36.
  37.
  38. [18:55] The Ookami would give her friend a thumbs up. As she would carry the essentials she would need upon her back as she would smile at the few. She was more than ready to enter the snowy mountains as it was. And would focus on reaching her destination soon.
  39.
  40. "I will be fine mate. But thanks for your concern. This will be the focus of my training, hoping that this practice will slowly pay off as I continue to fight."
  41.
  42. She said looking towards the two with a smile.
  43. (Gunnhildr Skeggjöld)
  44.
  45.
  46. [18:56] Ronyx Jelka asks, "...Yer goin' alone?"
  47. [18:57] Ronyx shakes his head. "Ah, wait. No, if yer goin' alone, that's yer trainin'. I can't talk, I spent seven years out in the wilds learnin' about the body." He snorts, leaning back on the bench. "Ah, right, Liz. It's a staff. I assumed ye were a magi, so that's my mistake, aye. What's yer trade, if any? Ye seem young, though... Ye still in the care of yer parents?"
  48. (Ronyx Jelka)
  49.
  50.
  51. [18:57] Liz says, "I was... I guess... Not anymore though.."
  52. [18:58] Ronyx Jelka says, "...Ooh, sorry."
  53. [18:58] Adrian Stouthand whispers something.
  54. [18:58] Liz says, "No worries, I guess I don't speak like a local anyway, so you're bound to be curious."
  55. [18:58] Ronyx Jelka says, "Oh please, she's blind, she ain't deaf. I slipped up. If she took offense to it, that's how she feels, aye? 'n' aye. You're well spoken, it's hardly a bad thing."
  56. [18:59] Ronyx Jelka says, "If I try, I can dance the dance with a noble, I just much prefer to speak in my normal tongue, you see. Not for lack of enjoyment of the company of those in such high places, but rather the enjoyment I get from those around me. This fine fellow here, for instance."
  57. [19:00] Ronyx Jelka says, "Aye, like that."
  58. [19:01] Adrian Stouthand says, "I shift back and forth, really."
  59. [19:01] Adrian Stouthand says, "Depends on my company."
  60. [19:01] Liz says, "I'm not exactly in the presence of a surplus of friends or acquiantances, so don't be worried about offending me in any way."
  61. [19:01] Adrian Stouthand says, "Som' jus' dun't unda stan' the sudbury accent, much,"
  62. [19:02] Ronyx Jelka says, "If I were worried about offendin' ye, I'd be treatin' ye like a dainty little flower. But that's just disrespectful to ye- Oh aye, Sudbury accent is a killer to most folk. Like a different tongue altogether."
  63. [19:02] Liz says, "Oh, it's a bit... Takes getting used to, I guess."
  64. [19:02] Ronyx Jelka says, "Pffftahaha, she hates it."
  65. [19:02] Gunnhildr Skeggjöld says, "Ye, Im heading out alone."
  66. [19:02] Gunnhildr Skeggjöld asks, "See ya mates later eh?"
  67. [19:02] Adrian Stouthand says, "Aye. It's not for everyone."
  68. [19:02] Liz asks, "No, it's just... Landly, would that be a good way to describe it?"
  69. [19:02] Ronyx Jelka says, "Jus' be safe, lass. I'll be here waitin' for ye to return."
  70. [19:02] Gunnhildr Skeggjöld says, "O course."
  71. [19:06] Illari Nerro asks, "You okay there?"
  72. [19:07] Levi says, "<Wonder what hes doing all the way out here...>"
  73. [19:07] Illari Nerro exclaims, "Well, either way, careful in there! Those fish are no joke!"
  74. [19:15] Gunnhildr Skeggjöld asks, "Do the two of ye's know where is the mountains?"
  75. [19:15] Beri shrinks as a hulking beastman enters.
  76. (Beri Wisely)
  77.
  78.
  79. [19:15] Beri Wisely says, "I-- umm-- I.."
  80. [19:15] Gunnhildr Skeggjöld says, "....."
  81. [19:15] Beri quivers, avoiding eye contact.
  82. (Beri Wisely)
  83.
  84.
  85. [19:16] Gunn would slowly lower her eyes.
  86.
  87. "Well come on, spit it oot lass."
  88.
  89. She would say impatiently.
  90. (Gunnhildr Skeggjöld)
  91.
  92.
  93. [19:16] Beri Wisely says, "N-North, ma'am. The mountains are north.."
  94. [19:17] Beri Wisely says, "<Please don't kill me, Please don't kill me.>"
  95. [19:17] Gunnhildr Skeggjöld says, "Thanks lass."
  96. [19:17] Beri gulps.
  97. (Beri Wisely)
  98.
  99.
  100. [19:20] "Yeah, we can go for a stroll. I don't mind if we went over to the bar and I served you something either," she states, eyes meeting with the door of the dojo as it began to open and someone had entered.
  101.
  102. Himari fully expected it to be a familiar but this time it was someone who she's never seen in her life. A buff beastkin it seemed. She was going to answer her question but it appeared that Beri had already done so shyly.
  103.
  104. "Yeah, basically what she said. Is that is?"
  105. (Himari Kurokaiyo)
  106.
  107.
  108. [19:24] The Ookami would take a deep breath as she would slowly trail off calmly. Just reassuring herself that she isn't going to the wrong direction. Butterflies in ones stomach if you will.
  109.
  110. But with that said, the musclebound beastkin would slowly take a quick and silent walk out of the dojo establishment, as she felt like her presence was imposing on the young magnolia woman. Hopefully the trek to get where she wants isn't to heavy.
  111.
  112. "Aye. Take care of yerself, both of ye's. And thanks for reassuring me."
  113.
  114. She would trail off laughing.
  115. (Gunnhildr Skeggjöld)
  116.
  117.
  118. [19:30] Gunnhildr Skeggjöld says, "Here it is..."
  119. [19:49] The blistering winds that would be filled with flakes of blinding snow. she would slowly attempt to place everything that she had learned to use. as she would attempt to scale to the highest point of the coldest mountains.
  120.
  121. She would concentrate on the wall itself, and with her improved connection with the earth inside of the walls of rock that would be present, she would detect the texture and fragmentations that were similar to earth itself.
  122.
  123. She pull out a piece of Iron ore, feeling the iron texture across her skin, reassuring that this was the very same fragmentations she was attempting to pull. She would then provide herself with a deep breath as she placed the Iron ore right back into her rucksack. She would then envision the fragments swiftly forming into chains, and as the cold would bite and nip on her skin, agitating the very essence of her body, she would pull the fragmented pieces, as the would form chains of iron towards her.
  124.
  125. grabbing the chains, she would slowly start her climb upwards towards the top of the mountains. Hopefully being able to engage the top as she would begin to place one foot after the other. This was certainly the start of her icy climb.
  126. (Gunnhildr Skeggjöld)
  127.
  128.
  129. [19:51] * You have been awarded 4 Roleplay Points! *
  130. [20:49] The woman would slowly continue her journey, barely halfway into the mountains. She would feel the absolute snowy winds grow more and more aggressive with each step that she taken. With her heart pumping wildly, she would continue with her trek upwards.
  131.
  132. However, the woman would slowly continue her climb. Stepping on uneven rocks to maintain her footing. She continue on as she would move up towards the quarter of the way upwards, as she would slowly make her way however, the slippery ice would make it hard for her hands to grip the chains before her.
  133.
  134. She would soon find herself slipping across the icy rocky slabs, her chain was not made correctly, causing it to snap under the weight of the wind, and the Ookami making her fall swiftly. If she does not find out what to do immediately this could become the last time that she ever climbs the Icy mountains again. And the very thought would put her in a state of fear.
  135.
  136. The rock slabs have been encased in ice where she was falling, as she would have little time to think before she had fallen towards her doom. She would need to think of something else to use as a chain. And think fast if she wanted to get right back upon that mountain to finish her journey.
  137.
  138. The Ookami's mind would slowly go blank, the cold winds blistering winds, the fear, would extremely slowly get to her as she would attempt to continue on forward, could she do something? Her heart would start beating wildly once more.
  139.
  140. Untill...
  141.
  142. Gunnhildr would close her eyes, as she would once again practice what Rain had taught her. As a flashback would echo within her head as she focuses on what Rain had told her earlier in her training.
  143.
  144.
  145.
  146. And at that moment, she would swiftly take out her Iron ore. Placing her two hands around the metal ore, she would completely enshroud her metal ore with mana like rain did, and she would close her eyes, picturing a large harpoon-like materials, connected to a large barrage of four chains expelling outwards...
  147.
  148. As she had closed her eyes, she would feel a heavy tug happen towards her arms. As inertia would sway her upwards and downwards, as she had looked at her hands, it was no longer a piece of metal ore that was there...
  149.
  150. It was an array of chains, with lance-like harpoon tips on the end, puncturing through the ice. It wasn't time to quit yet. She would continue climbing upwards, and as hours have passed, she reaches the halfway point of the mountain.
  151.
  152.
  153.
  154. (Gunnhildr Skeggjöld)
  155.
  156.
  157. [21:09] The Ookami would be doing quite well for herself to get this far. However, she was certainly not satisfied until she had reached the top of the mountains by herself. She would slowly continue to treck upwards, as the woman was gaining traction.
  158.
  159. She would use her pieces of Iron ore to continue with her array of chains, and iron lances to keep her in place. She could continue on as she was slowly nearing the peak of the mountains already, seeing the glaring sunlight following afterwards.
  160.
  161. However, another slab of ice was there to stop her tracks. However, she would simply not relent, not one damn bit. She would use another of her Iron Ores, envisioning an Iron chain with a hook. She would then start connecting the chains unto her trusty battle-axe.
  162.
  163. With a swift swinging motion the axe would move quickly, as she would throw her axe towards the ice itself. The axe soaring towards the air, it would collide with the sheets of ice that were present, shattering the crystalline objects and sinking the axe into the piece of rock..
  164.
  165. Swift pulls would slowly ensue, as she would continue on the treading on the dangerous mountain range itself. She was so very close towards the end of her destination.
  166.
  167. Sunlight would kiss her face, as the woman would drag her axe from the ice slabs, and throw it towards the cliff, the final hike. One step after another would be taken, as the woman would reach the peak of the mountains. Finally. She was there.
  168.
  169. She would use her final few pieces of the Iron ore, and tear a cloth from her shirt to stab down on the mountains howling.
  170.
  171.
  172. (Gunnhildr Skeggjöld)
  173.
  174.
  175. [21:40] The young Ookami would slowly drag herself downwards with her chained remains still present, using her axe to keep her from falling, she would slowly make her way down the decent, as she would look down in amazement. She really wanted to climb the mountain range.
  176.
  177. As the blistering cold would still ensue, the woman would make little hikes downwards. as she had leaned off of the chains that would be created from this hike. Happily she made the effort to continue downwards to safety...
  178.
  179. With that said however, there would be a heavy rumbling when her howls echoed back unto the snow... And as large mounds of snow would slowly pile up onwards, a chain reaction would occur during her decent. She would have to make it downwards swiftly.
  180.
  181. And with that said, she kicked off her her moments with a rockslide sliding down the steep mountain cliff. And for one last moment, she would slow down. She would control the metallic minerals of the wall. And would becon the fragments towards her hand, forming over a heavy sheet of metal that curved upwards...
  182.
  183. The snow would roll down towards the woman as the metal she was complete.
  184. Afterwards, she makes her decent with chains swiftly, as the snow would be caught by the swift-thinking invention.. And as the blistering cold would still ensue, the woman would make little hikes downwards. as she had leaned off of the chains that would be created from this hike. Happily she made the effort to continue downwards to safety...
  185.
  186. Her decent was slow, and very well paced. As she would slowly make it straight towards the ground with chains previously made to help her out. She would finally touch ground. Smiling not only with joy that her training payed off, but the very fact that she would come out of this endeavor alive.
  187. (Gunnhildr Skeggjöld)
