Deadmeat Chronicles: The Rock Yard

>You are a maroon unicorn fluffy with a light green mane.
>And you are grabbing up the young foal and jumping out from under a trashcan.
*CRASH*
>The trash can slams on the ground behind you as you set down the foal.
>You shake your hoof at it, “Yoo nuu be near bye bye bawks when fwuffy push dem!”
>”Yoo get wots owwies!”
>The foal just giggles and truddles up to you and hugs your leg, “Daddeh be siwwy! Nuu haf owwies when daddeh awound!”
>”Deadmeat nuu yoo daddeh!”
>A Pegasus fluffy truddles by, “Dat wite! Smawty am mommeh baby daddeh!”
>You look at the young Pegasus, “Deadmeat nuu yoo daddeh!”
>The little foal hugs your leg, “Yoo am siwwy! Mommeh say yoo dadeh! Yoo am daddeh!”
>You walk to the front of the trash can with the foal hugging your leg the entire time.
>You bite the lid pulling it off.
>A few of your herd leap into the can and pull out bags.
>They start to rip them apart and start to rummage in them.
>They find an old head of lettuce, some banana peels, orange peels, a few old sandwiches.
>You let the members of your herd that did not eat at the other trashcans have nummies.
>After they eat, you notice you have a bunch of lettuce left over.
>You order one of the fluffies to carry it and you start to wonder again.
>It has been a few days since you have seen a yard.
>The two legged monster’s hidey holes are very large now.
>You have taken to traveling behind trash cans and through allies.
>Momma’s baby is now a young fluffy.
>Haze has taken to helping momma fluffy travel.
>You take turns helping her waddle and rolling if necessary.
>You run and hide behind a mailbox and look around.
>Not many two legged monsters are out so you have been able to move easily.
>You look for a good place to run when you stop and sniff the air.
>It is faint but you smell nummies.
>Good nummies.
>You spot an alley to run to.
>You signal for your herd to follow and they quickly truddle after you.
>After all the fluffies are in the alley you go to the other side and look out.
>You see the black metal monster path and on the other side you see a field full of rocks.
>The field is huge and the grass is short cut.
>You see rocks in the field arranged in rows.
>They are different shapes and sizes.
>Next to the rocks there are mounds of dirt.
>You look up and down the black pathway.
>You see no metal monsters.
>You look at your herd, “Otay! When Dedmeat say wun, fwuffy wun!”
>You get the baby fluffy and place it on your back.
>Haze sneaks up and sniffs the baby fluffy then says, “Yoo gud babbeh. Hold to smawty!”
>The baby fluffy nestles in your fluff and hugs the back of your neck, “Babbeh wub daddeh!”
>Haze helps mamma fluffy to the front and gets next to her.
>You look up and down the road again.
>You see no metal monsters and a few two legged monsters walking around.
>You feel it is safe.
>You look in front of you and wiggle your rump.
>You then give the command, “WUN!”
>You take off like a shot.
>Haze pushes momma fluffy over and starts to roll her.
>She babbles angrily at her treatment.
>Bruce is in the rear yelling at and booping slow fluffies.
>When you make it to the other side you lean down and let the baby off your back.
>You run back and help Haze push momma fluffy.
>After she is safe you run back again and help Bruce push the fluffies across.
>Soon your entire herd is across and safe.
>Most of your herd falls down huffing and wheezing.
>You walk into the rock field.
>You sniff the air.
>The smell of nummies is much stronger.
>You wonder deeper into the area.
>You walk among the stones.
>They are tall and somewhat rectangular with the tops curved.
>You see writing on them.
>Then you hear a two legged monster nearby.
>You get close to one of the rocks and peek around the side at the monster.
>”I miss you dad… it just isn’t the same since you’re gone…”
>It looks like the monster is talking to one of the rocks.
>”Mom is in the home now and Kevin is getting worse with his drug habit.”
>”You aren’t here to keep everyone together any more…”
>Is she crying?
>”Anyway dad… I still think of you daily.”
>She takes a bouquet of flowers and puts them in a stone vase next to the rock.
>She wipes a tear from her eye and turns away then walks away.
>You truddle up to the flowers in shock.
>”Two wegged munstas weave nummies?”
>You bit up the flowers and carry them back to the herd.
>They see you with nummies and cheer.
>Next Special Friend starts to dance around you singing.
>”Smawty am de bestest smawty de onwy smawty fo fwuffy!”
>”Smawty fin gud nummies and make gud fwuffy tummy owwie go way!”
>After the flowers are eaten you make your herd have a good poopie and pee pee break.
>You then yell to them, “Fowwow Deadmeat!”
>You start to wonder through the rock yard.
>You glance around and see other fluffies running between the rocks but you can’t see them clearly.
>Your herd follows behind you looking up at the rocks arranged in rows.
>Pookie looks around in awe, “Pookie am nuu see dis befo…”
>Haze is hopping around looking around, “Hase smeww fwuffy… bu’ Hase nuu see fwuffy… nuu smeww pwetty…”
>You keep walking occasionally hearing giggling.
>You also hear two legged monsters talk and even some crying.
>You keep walking and you find the hidey holes.
>They are large and made or concrete.
>The fronts have iron gates made of bars.
>You walk up to one and see the bars are far enough apart to step through.
>You turn back to your herd, “Hewd stay hewe! Deadmeat wook at pwace!”
>Pookie, Bruce and Haze quickly truddle next to you as you walk into the mausoleum.
>You get in the middle and start to stomp, “Dis am smawty wand! Deadmeat cwaim awea!”
>Bruce and Pookie puff their cheeks with you while Haze rolls on his back and giggles.
>When you hear no retort you start to wonder around the crypt.
>Bruce and Pookie wonder around sniffing the stone caskets while Haze is jumping and giggling around you.
>You walk around and see that it is rather spacious.
>There is plenty of room for your herd.
>You look back at the entrance.
>The iron bars will keep monsters out.
>Not even two legged monsters could get through them.
>You smile.
>You are a good smarty.
>You walk back out to your herd.
>”Efewy fwuffy wisten Deadmeat!”
>They all get quiet and look at you.
>”Deadmeat fin gud hidey hole fo hewd! Dis nyu hidey hole!”
>You point to the crypt as your herd cheers you.
>Next Special Friend dances past you, “Smawty am de bestest smawty de onwy smawty fo fwuffy!”
>Smawty fin de bestest pwace fo gud fwuffy sweepie!”
>They start to amble into it.
>You walk into the center and look around.
>You like this location and decide to make it your spot.
>Pookie comes up next to you, “Pookie tink yoo am make gud hidey hole!”
>”Pookie am hewe for yoo!”
>You look at pookie, “Go hewp fwuffie fin gud sweepie pwace.”
>”Deameat stay-“
*sniff*
>You jump forward lowering your tail from the nose that just hit your rump.
>You spin around and see Haze laying n his belly giggling.
>You shake your hoof at him, “Yoo nuu be stwange fwuffy!”
>Pookie gets behind you looking at Haze.
>He leans forward and whispers in your ear, “Yoo nee’ make bad fwuffy go way…”
>You stare at Haze for a minute then look back at Pookie, “Yoo hewp gud fwuffy fin sweepie pwace.”
>You truddle over to momma fluffy.
>She is having trouble walking due to her size.
>You help her find a good sleeping place.
>You start to walk and sniff the sarcophaguses when you hear a commotion at the front of your new hidey hole.
>Bruce is yelling, ”Yoo go way! Gif owwies!”
>You start to walk to the front.
>You hear Haze, “Yoo nuu smeww pwetty… NUU SMEWW PWETTY!”
>You quickly run to the front and see some members of your herd surrounding a lone fluffy.
>He is a white earth fluffy with a purple mane.
>He is sitting back on his haunches with his front hooves cupped in front of his face.
>His head is down and his eyes closed.
>It looks like he is trying to say something but it is too low to hear.
>You walk up to him and Bruce and Haze see you coming.
>Haze starts to hop around the fluffy smiling and giggling, “Smawty wan Hase gif bad fwuffy owwies?”
>Bruce continues to stare down the new fluffy with his cheeks puffed.
>You walk up to the gathering, “Why fwufies am meanie dis fwuffy?”
>Bruce simply states, “Bwoos wook ou’ and see stwange fwuffy! Make bad fwuffy go way!”
>You step closer to the fluffy and see he has something on his neck.
>He is mumbling random phrases.
>You look at the fluffy confused wondering what he is doing.
>”Nyu fwen? Wan pway?”, you ask.
>He continued to mutter.
>Haze starts to lick the fluffy’s face.
>Haze snorts, “Noo taste eye wa was…”
>The fluffy ignores Haze who starts to hop around the fluffy again.
>You ask again, “Nyu fwen? Wan pway?”
>Bruce stomps, “Nuu pway! Gif owwies!”
>You sit in front of this strange new fluffy.
>”Bu’ fwuffy nuu twy be meanie. Am stwange fwuffy…”
>Haze’s face lights up and he looks at you, “Mo stwange den Hase!?”
>You shake your head, “Nuu…”
>Haze’s face drops a second before he just resumes hopping around the fluffy.
>Bruce is stomping furiously giving the fluffy raspberries.
>After a minute the fluffy lowers his front hooves and stands up smiling.
>You see he is wearing a black collar with a white square in its center.
>He opens his golden eyes and looks at you.
>He says, “Haf yoo efer hear abou’ de bestest tings fo fwuffy?”
>He steps in front of you and says, “Hafe yoo heaw abou’ de Biggest Daddeh?”
>He raises his head and looks toward the sky smiling.
>Bruce, Haze, and you look at each other then look up too.
>You squint, “Wha nyu fwen wook at?”
