  1. 1. Admins and moderators and the actions that the aforementioned roles entail should remain at all times above reproach. As Plato taught, it is well-advised for the teams to keep his 4 values in mind: Wisdom, fairness, restraint, and resilience. These will be manifested in knowledge of the current state of the server and its members, fairness outside of personal interactions with the members and decisions made about their time in the server, restraint when angry, and resilience in the keeping of the server in its best form despite raids or problematic times.
  2.
  3. 2. Admins and moderators, before performing certain actions deemed necessary (such as a ban) should provide evidence for their decision in the appropriate quantities in its respective place. Users in either of these roles should be able to adequately explain to anyone to asks the reason for which the ban, etc. was manifested with proper evidence outside of personal experiences. The decisions we make should be clear, supported, and out in the open. Honesty wins trust, and user rights should be respected in certain situations as those of criminals when they have a fair trial.
  4.
  5. 3. Furthermore, those in admin and moderator roles should, as possible for them, make conversation and participate with the "regular" citizens of the server in order to gain respect and trust as friends and peers. We will not, unless necessary, present to the common users an attitude or action streaming from superiority; our job also includes getting to know the members of our server so we can better serve them.
