  3. We apologize for providing you with inaccurate settings in the earlier, and we regret any inconvenience that may have caused you. The setting to configure the email client are as follows:
  4. 1) Incoming email server: pop.easycgi.com
  5. 2) Incoming port: 110
  6. 3) Outgoing email server: smtp.easycgi.com
  7. 4) Outgoing port: 25 or 587
  8. 5) Username: full mailbox name.
  9. 6) Password: mailbox password.
  10. 7) Outgoing Mail Server requires authentication.
  11. 8)Please make sure that you uncheck the option SSL for the incoming mail servers.

  17. In order to take the screenshot in your local computer, please follow these steps:
  18. 1) Open the window where you receive the error.
  19. 2) Press 'Print Scrn' button (It will take the screenshot).
  20. 3) Go to MS-Paint (Start-Programs-Accessories-MS Paint).
  21. 4) Paste the screenshot by Edit-Paste.
  22. 5) Save it in your local computer.

  24. Note: You can upload the screenshot to the web directory of the account and provide us with the location of the file.

  26. You can upload the file to your account using FileManager by referring to the following steps:
  27. 1. Log into the control panel with your account username and password.
  28. 2. Click on ‘FileManager’ under ‘Website’.
  29. 3. Select the folder to which you want to upload the files.
  30. 4. Click on the ‘Upload Files’ icon.
  31. 5. Click on ‘Browse’ and select the file.
  32. 6. Click on ‘Upload’.
