- 1) Incoming email server: pop.easycgi.com
- 2) Incoming port: 110
- 3) Outgoing email server: smtp.easycgi.com
- 4) Outgoing port: 25 or 587
- 5) Username: full mailbox name.
- 6) Password: mailbox password.
- 7) Outgoing Mail Server requires authentication.
- 8)Please make sure that you uncheck the option SSL for the incoming mail servers.

- 1) Exact steps to duplicate your issue.
- 2) Screenshot of the error message.
- In order to take the screenshot in your local computer, please follow these steps:
- 1) Open the window where you receive the error.
- 2) Press 'Print Scrn' button (It will take the screenshot).
- 3) Go to MS-Paint (Start-Programs-Accessories-MS Paint).
- 4) Paste the screenshot by Edit-Paste.
- 5) Save it in your local computer.
- Note: You can upload the screenshot to the web directory of the account and provide us with the location of the file.
- You can upload the file to your account using FileManager by referring to the following steps:
- 1. Log into the control panel with your account username and password.
- 2. Click on ‘FileManager’ under ‘Website’.
- 3. Select the folder to which you want to upload the files.
- 4. Click on the ‘Upload Files’ icon.
- 5. Click on ‘Browse’ and select the file.
- 6. Click on ‘Upload’.
