✰ BACKGROUND:
          ◆ at a young age, 5 to be exact, HYOJOO's father and mother had split up; divorced. the reason being that her father, hyungseok disliked wizards, or in his case 'nasty witches'. due to his experience with them, he despised them since. so when he found out that his lovely wife, mijoo was one, he never looked at her the same way. they had regular fights and hyungseok was the one that always started them. mijoo, was still so blindly in love. when the fights occurred, HYOJOO would be hiding in under her blankets, silently praying they would stop whilst sobbing softly. eventually it lead to divorce, something mijoo dreaded. with hyungseok being a police commander, he had the power to tell his company about wizards, but mijoo had pleaded, pleaded to him not to give away hers and many others their identity. hyungseok had given in to her pleading, after all, mijoo was the woman he once fell in love with and he will always have a soft spot for her despite her being a witch. HYOJOO was baffled and sad when they had split up, her going with her mother instead of her father. soon enough, HYOJOO was home schooled by her mother. then, she gained knowledge of the wizard world and race. as time passed, she learned about her parents from her mother. she despised hyungseok, for breaking mijoo's heart and hating on the wizard society. it was then made her goal to become the best wizard out there, and to prove her father wrong. though she actually didn't mind him, it was his actions and hate that she despised. in fact, hyungseok was quite liked by HYOJOO, she just didn't like the way he treated her mother. later, mijoo found another person, a caring and understanding person that loved her who she was. then, HYOJOO's siblings were born. she had a protective aura around them and will always check up on them, like a mother. they were just like her, a half blood, and soon to be enrolled in hogwarts. her step father, jungsuk, was nice to HYOJOO and all, but HYOJOO was still cautious of him. he could break it off anytime, and she most definitely does not want to see her mother all sad ever again. when she got into hogwarts, she actually struggled a lot, pretty unbelievable as to how successful she is currently. she found trouble controlling her wand and grades etc, but with time, she improved lots and now, is on a high level.

HYOJOO spends every second of her free time, studying, reviewing notes and practicing to the best of her abilities. she just craves the satisfying feeling she gets when her grade results get handed back to her. her hard-working nature makes her friends wonder how in the world a person can even enjoy studying hours on end but nonetheless, HYOJOO inspires them to work harder. when it's exam season, you will rarely find her roaming around the hallways or even in her own dorm room; instead, you will find that she will constantly be sitting in the library, a thick book in her hands and glasses perched on her nose as she scans the pages thoroughly, storing every bit of information into her mind. she even gets kicked out of the library sometimes from staying too late. she is always enthusiastic and focused into everything she does as she is extremely determined in becoming the best wizard out there. a very ambitious soul. she will always find some sort of excitement or thrill in her activities, savor the feeling and experience it wholeheartedly thus why she is always competing in challenges; to relive the thrill. she can make just conversing with her friends, or lying in a grassy meadow, fun and exciting. quite the mood maker she is with her positive attitude. can rant at times though. along with her hard-working and positive attitude, HYOJOO is extremely patient. even if she had to wait a million years to be a wizard, she'd wait, but of course she'd make use of her waiting. by being patient, her chances of getting all feisty are low, but she will get feisty if it's necessary. she is very supportive as well and respects people's opinion. she is one to never, emphasis on the never, force anyone to do anything against their will and will always be there as a shoulder to lean on. she supports people's ideas equally. although she always seems like she doesn't pay much attention to her close ones with how engrossed she is in working, HYOJOO is very caring towards her friends and family, especially her mother and twin brothers. HYOJOO is also strong, mentally that is. she can handle her emotions well, so her positive emotions are displayed and the negative ones are locked away. she hates people having pity on her. but every strong person has a weakness, and HYOJOO's so happen to be her loved ones. she would be furious if she ever found out something bad happened to them and would do everything in her will to make sure the situation never occurs again; which is kind of ironic since she's patient, but it's her loved one's we're talking about here.

          ◆ the bad thing about HYOJOO is she is highkey very greedy about her achievements. she craves the need to be better than everyone else, the attention, to have the title as "top student", and will personally challenge anyone who dares get in her way. she's pretty smug about her status and tends to brag about how great she is even though everyone is well aware of what she's capable of. this is the bad side of her determined and competitive nature. she just absolutely needs to be no.1 will be extremely dissatisfied in herself if there's a bump in her records. rarely, but on some occasions, sweet talk teachers in hopes of improving her grades (if it even needs to be improved). this leads to lots of late nights over working herself and being careless about her health. with how much she works, she completely forgets about her health, making her close ones throw worried expressions and questions her way. she can get a little bothersome when people take care of her as she is stubborn. she won't let something such as health get in her way of becoming the best wizard. once she sets her eyes on something, she will stay until it is accomplished. she doesn't know when to rest. this can annoy the people taking care of her, but nonetheless, they still care about her well being.

✰ HOW DID THEY MEET?:
          ◆ it was at a quidditch game, slytherin vs gryffindor. hyojoo always watched quidditch games, and was especially hyped when it was slytherin and gryffindor up against each other. she cheered for her two best friends, taehyung and jimin whenever they would spring into action. she held her shining wand in her hand, waving it around excitedly as they scored. just when jungkook was about to grab the golden snitch that was near the crowd, along with taehyung chasing closely behind, hyojoo's wand flew out of her hands and hit jungkook right on the forehead. she visibly gulped when it hit him and sent him flying back a bit, allowing taehyung to snatch the golden snitch and later, winning the game for gryffindor. hyojoo was happy that gryffindor won and congratulated taehyung and jimin but she knew that the guy she hit wasn't going to be very happy with her. when the game ended and they started clearing, hyojoo went to retrieve her wand that had fallen onto the grass field after it had hit jungkook. she grabbed it, but was stopped by jungkook's hand on her wrist, glaring straight at hyojoo. soon after hyojoo apologized half halfheartedly, he finally left her. way to leave a first impression.

✰ FIRST IMPRESSIONS:

          ◆ when hyojoo first got to know jungkook based on his reputations, she was cautious of him due to his popular reputation. she knew about him being a seeker; it's quite obvious as he would always be stealing the spotlight in his quidditch matches hyojoo enjoyed watching. she had thought of him as cocky and a playboy as he played around with the girls and the way he would boast about his talent, not like hyojoo she herself didn't go around doing that after her results got out (she'd never admit it though). she thought he was a competition for her, sort of like a rival, but when she discovered his records when taehyung told her one day mindlessly, she was rest assured, but she had noticed he attended lots of contests, like her. this made her very competitive with him, but she hadn't completely met him in person until the match between gryffindor and slytherin.

          ◆ like hyojoo, jungkook's very first impression on her was based on her reputation as a top student, grade wise. he actually couldn't believe that there was someone who cared about their grade so much and actually enjoyed studying, though he's got to admit, some spells are interesting. hearing from taehyung she apparently was a determined person who wants to be the best wizard out there and extremely competitive. like jungkook himself. he secretly respected her for her determination but would never ever let another soul know that. she was pretty good looking too. though having a good impression on her based on her reputation wasn't exactly what the person was really like. he thought otherwise when her wand came in contact with his forehead, sending him backwards in the air and losing the golden snitch. he wasn't very happy when it was basically the reason his team lost. hyojoo left an impression on their first meeting that she was quite clumsy. and maybe even troublesome.

✰ HOW SHE ACTS AROUND HIM:
   [ BEGINNING ]
          ◆ she was kind of awkward around him, not looking him in the eye or having anything to do with him. she kept in mind that he could beat him in contests and would scoff or roll her eyes when he boasted to girls around him. she was quite sorry for him at their first meeting, but she guessed he deserved to lose once in awhile. she silently glares when attention is turned to him and not at her, the smart-ass with "good" looks. she was quite competitive with him too, sometimes challenging him to duels, contests or games. they were like rivals.

          ◆ by the middle of their relationship, she had sort of grown fond of him, not that she'll ever admit that. she still was cautious if he ever got too close to her, considering his playboy nature. she'd sometimes even challenge him on purpose just to see the cocky slytherin. her feelings were all over the place. she was also no longer awkward with him and even smirked challenged when she sees him. she found herself staring at him sometimes too, like at the quidditch matches or in the great hall. she shares valuable talk with him if they ever converse. she was starting to like him.

          ◆ she acted weird around him, even smiling mindlessly with him and by herself while she thought of him. she was confused as to why she was acting this way. she would occasionally throw him longer gazes, snapping out of it when he caught on. she swore she even saw him blush once. maybe it was love? she was scared to admit it. she knew she will get hurt in the end. hyojoo still heard rumors of him sleeping with some girls. and she wasn't ready for her heart to be broken, she quite liked her life and doesn't want to mope around all depressed. it'll only distract her studying. all she needed was the reassurance that everything will be alright and she won't get hurt. hopefully.
✰ HOW HE ACTS AROUND HER:
   [ BEGINNING ]
          ◆ ever since the quidditch incident, jungkook has been seeing hyojoo everywhere. and he was quite curious of her too. something about her sparked an interest in him and he was longing to talk with her. he was still pretty mad about her wand hitting his forehead though, it left a bruise on his fair skin. though every time he laid his eyes on her, she'd look away, an awkward aura surrounding her. when he was challenged by her, he felt excitement and his will boosted up wildly as he competed with her. if he flirted with girls, occasionally he'd notice her scoffing or rolling her eyes in the corner. jungkook liked to shout out to her in the hallways, or whenever he sees her just to provoke her and give him a sense of dominance as mr. popular.

          ◆ he noticed more in her. how caring she was to her friends whenever their social circles combined, how cute she'd look when she smiled and fooled around with taehyung and jimin. most importantly, how she would be so enthusiastic and excited whenever jungkook was around her. it bought a genuine smile to his lips as he thought about her. it was probably a crush, but jungkook refused to admit it. if anything, he'd probably just been attracted by her body. he wasn't too sure. jungkook would sometimes have the nerve to swing his arm around her shoulder, pulling her closer when other people eyes her or for no reason at all. it felt right to him. the feeling was foreign, he never felt anything with this with his other hook ups (hyojoo wasn't a hook up to him though).

          ◆ somewhere along the line, his feelings turned into pure affection for hyojoo; love. he hadn't realized he was so in love until he found hyojoo in the library late at night. they had a deep conversation with each other, and jungkook was able to experience the real her when she told him about some of her thoughts and her family background. he was so whipped. he gazes towards hyojoo, like she hung up the stars, moon and the sun herself, as cliche as it sounds. she wasn't one of his play toys at all. he was possessive of her, when other guys would eye her, he would intentionally block their view by stepping in their field of vision. he felt jealousy when she came to close with other guys other than him. he was determined to make her his. his hyung, yoongi, had noticed a change in jungkook when he was around her; he'd grown soft for her/towards her.

          ◆ JUNGKOOK SHYLY TAKING CARE OF HYOJOO WHEN SHE OVER WORKS HERSELF. hyojoo constantly saying that she's alright and denying the fact that her health is getting worse stubbornly. jungkook thinks it's troublesome to take care of her, but does it nonetheless.
          ◆ DRAMA HAPPENS AMONG THE WIZARDS ABOUT AN EVIL BEING INSIDE HOGWARTS. JUNGKOOK IS EXTRA PROTECTIVE OF HER. he would constantly be keeping an eye out for her, while she carries on with her daily activities. she believes she'll be able to handle the evil being anyway. maybe to add more drama, something bad happens to her.
          ◆ JUNGKOOK IS JEALOUS OF TAEHYUNG AND JIMIN FOR ALWAYS HANGING AROUND HER AND "BEING TO CLOSE TO HER". seokjin teases the younger when he finds him silently glaring at the gryffindor duo. hyojoo is unaware.
          ◆ JUNGKOOK TEACHING HYOJOO HOW TO PLAY QUIDDITCH. some fluff. hyojoo is eager to learn. jungkook sometimes would playfully get annoyed at her for doing it wrong and insult her halfheartedly.
