- Maddening dreams
- Jane Court X Anon Ymous
- ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
- School life had become monotonous for Anon Ymous, sure there were occasional stints of excitement over these cursed vaults and duels with that insufferable Slytherin girl. But other than that, learning had become humdrum. Sure, every passing month brought with it new spells and new information about the world, but it was never enough. Everything he learned was mundane and boring. He sat most of his free time in the Library, reading everything he could get his hands on bored out of his mind. Until one day he saw a book, carried by a hufflepuff of all people, a prefect. The girl entered the restricted section. The book must be in there then. Anon had no idea of it's contents, what was written in it or what it was about. All he knew was that he had to read it, no matter what. And in order to do that, he had to get in there.
- First plan was to just request the book, but he had no idea what the title was.
- "I am telling you, Madam Pince, I don't know the title of the book." Anon said to the librarian.
- "You expect me to just lend you a book from the restricted section, without you even knowing what's in it?" The witch overseeing the library said annoyed.
- "Well, if I describe the book, will you tell me what's in it?" Anon pleaded.
- "Fine, if that will stop you from disturbing me. I swear, Mr.Ymous. If you weren't such a model student, I would just tell you to leave. You come here, you start reading the books in alphabetical order and you try to lend more books than any sane student would try to read in a single week, only to read them in a single evening. I am a librarian and even I think that is unhealthy."
- "I have to know... It's simple as that, I look at things and I have to know... It's like a hunger." Anon tried to explain it.
- "Fine... Describe the book and I'll tell you what the title is and what it is about."
- "The book was black, with red ornaments, the spine had a picture of a very realistic looking eye embossed on it. The book was about aye big and looked like it had atleast two thousand pages. The hufflepuff prefect was carrying it to the restricted section."
- "Hmm..." The librarian was trying to remember a book like that. "I do not recall a book like that being in the restricted section, none of the books there have an eye on the spine."
- "Could you please check?" Anon asked
- "I have worked here longer than you've been alive, Mr.Ymous, I have every single book here memorized." The librarian said annoyed. "Enough questions, you can go back to reading the books in this section, but don't bother me again about the restricted tomes, unless you have a very good reason"
- Damn it! Anon thought to himself, the book must be in the restricted section still, The hufflepuff prefect left without it.
- That night, Anon could barely sleep. He knew he had stumbled into something he had to know more of, when he fell asleep he had an incredibly lucid dream where he felt like he was in full control.
- He was in the library, when he looked around, he noticed strange things being off, the shadows felt like they were moving. When he walked to a window, to look outside he noticed disturbing sights. The moon was red like blood and looked like it was dripping, it was giving everything a red hue and the grass had an odd, almost dead look.
- He turned back to look at the library and noticed things were out of place there. He went to pick up a random book from a shelf and noticed something strange. He could read the book in his dream. He had a good memory, so he could tell the book was complete in his mind. but reading books subconsciously like this felt like it violated some rules about how human brain worked during a dream. He went on to pick up a book he had never read before, a tome about quidditch. The subject never interested him, so he was fully intending to skip this book. He read the book, and realized that there was no way his imagination could write a book like this in a dream. He decided to memorize a random passage from the middle of the book.
- "You are strange..."
- Anon jumped a bit, he thought he was alone.
- "W-who's there?" He asked with his voice shaking.
- "Come to me, I am in the restricted section... Don't worry, Pince isn't in your head. Not like I am..."
- Anon walked into the restricted section, he was amazed at what detail he could imagine the room, down to all the books. He never had this sort of an imagination, he was a boring pragmatic person. He was more interested in facts, wisdom and knowledge than letting his imagination fly. He looked into the corner, there was a small table with a shadowy figure sitting on a chair in front of it, the figure beckoned him to sit on the other chair.
- "Come, sit with me..." The figure said.
- Anon complied. the figure had a girl's voice, but it felt off. Her voice had an otherworldly echo like she spoke from a different place than the cramped library side room they were in.
- "W-who are you?" Anon asked the girl, it was too dark to see her properly, she just seemed like a shadow.
- "If I take this form, will you be at ease?" She asked enigmatically.
- "...What?" Anon asked, but he realized the lights were getting a bit brighter, the girl in front of him was the hufflepuff prefect.
- "Is this better?" She asked and smiled.
- "Oh, it's you... I saw you in the library... Well, this library." Anon said awkwardly, he wasn't used to talking to new girls even in his dream.
- "You are cute." She smiled. "You're the first one in a long time to meet me like this and not immediately think it's a nightmare."
- "I-it's a nightmare?" Anon asked worried.
- "It can be..." The girl answered and smiled,
- "W-well... I know it's a dream, so what do I have to worry about then?" Anon asked trying to sound confident. "I am in full control of my dreams..."
- "Not this one..." The girl smiled. "Try it, take control..."
- Anon was seriously creeped at the girl now. She was cute, but her words had a weight to them. When she said she was in control, every single instinct said that she was telling the truth, that going against her would only end badly. Despite that, Anon was stubborn.
- "I am in full control of my faculties, I will not be scared by a dream." Anon declared confidently. "Besides, how could a dream with a cute girl like you be a nightmare."
- Anon mustered courage he wouldn't have in real life and reached out and touched the girl's plump cheek. It was soft, maybe it was the dream, but it was the softest thing Anon had ever touched, he moved he hand along the side of the girl's face and into her hair. The girl blushed, but didn't back off.
- "How's that for being in control?" Anon asked the girl. "This is my dream, I could do anything I want to you."
- "You are strange, Anon Ymous... You say you could do anything you want to me, yet all you do is stroke my hair... Your curiosity brought you here, but you're not asking any questions." The girl said and smiled. She turned to look Anon in his eyes.
- Anon felt strange when he stared the girl in the eyes, she had previously avoided eye contact with him, but when he was looking her in the eyes, the rest of the dream turned black, all he could see were those eyes piercing him. He felt a buzz and crawling on his skin and his ears started ringing. Everything went black except the light coming out of her eyes.
- "You are not turning away..." The girl said.
- "Who would turn away from a girl's gaze?" Anon said trying to sound confident. he realized he wasn't in control, the girl had been toying with him before.
- "Gaze too long and you will go insane, Anon Ymous." The girl warned, she was smiling.
- "Y... Your eyes ar... Too beautiful..." Anon said, feeling his faculties escaping him.
- The girl looked surprised and closed her eyes.
- Anon got back around after a while, he realized he was lying on the stone floors of the library.
- "...I didn't wake up?" He asked surprised, he had a nightmarishly bad headache.
- "No, I am not done with you yet." The girl said.
- "I see..." Anon said and tried to get up, but his strength failed him.
- "I have seen the hunger in your eyes, you crave knowledge you can't handle..." The girl said sounding distant. "You saw my book and instead of leaving it there, you had to obsess about reading it, that is what brought me here."
- "The book..." Anon said remembering the book. "Yes, the book... I have to read the book."
- "You endured my torment... I will let you ask one question from me."
- "What is your name?" Anon asked without thinking of it for a second.
- The girl was surprised, she hadn't expected the boy to be more interested in her.
- "You wasted your question, Anon Ymous..." The girl said smiling. "Jane Court... My name is Jane Court, come find me when you wake up."
- Anon woke up covered in sweat, with the worst headache he had ever felt. The dream felt so real, he tried to recall it, but most of it had faded quickly. All he remembered was that the girl introduced herself as Jane Court. He would have to meet Penny and ask her about the mysterious prefect.
- That morning at the breakfast, Anon was still suffering from headaches, but he was convinced he would have to move quickly, before he would forget the details of the dream. He walked up to hufflepuff table and tapped Penny to get her attention.
- "Haywood, have you got a moment?"
- "Anon, why are you at the hufflepuff section?" The girl asked.
- "I need to ask you a question, will not take long."
- The girl got up and walked away from the table with Anon.
- "What do you need, is this about the vaults?" The girl asked.
- "No, I need to know about your prefect." Anon said.
- "Which one?" Penny asked surprised.
- "The short cute one with the brown eyes and light red hair."
- "Oh, you mean Jane?"
- Anon was stumped, he must have heard her name somewhere and remembered it sub-consciously, that was the only explanation.
- "...Jane ...Court?" Anon stammered.
- "Oh, you know her? She is nice, a little strict to people who lose points." Penny said surprised. "She also dislikes people taking advantage of hufflepuff."
- "I... I see." Anon said trying to make sense of this situation, first name can be explained like that, but when would he ever have heard her last name?
- "Is everything okay?" Penny asked
- "No... Everything's fine, I just have a headache."
- "Why are you so interested in Jane, do you think she's cute?" Penny asked smiling mischievously.
- "N-no reason, I just saw her in the library." Anon dismissed the question, but felt his cheeks turn red.
- "Sorry to bother you, Penny, I'll let you get back to your breakfast." Anon said and walked towards Ravenclaw table.
- That day's classes went horribly for Anon, he couldn't focus on anything and he felt his headache was disturbing his ability to recall things he had learned previously. Professor Flitwick noticed the boy wasn't performing up to his usual standard and told him to go to Madam Pomfrey. Anon thanked the professor and left the classroom. But he had no intention to go to hospital wing, instead he went to the library.
- Once he got to the library he went to find the books he had read in his dream, he was slightly dreading what he'd find. And when he did find the books exactly where they were in his dream he felt sick to his stomach.
- "This has to be a sub-conscious thing... This is getting scary..." The boy said out loud and put the books on the table.
- He opened the quidditch book and browsed it for a while, he didn't recall most of it, as the subject matter was uninteresting to him. The boy went pale when he recognized a passage from the book. He had read the book in his dream, he made a note to remember the passage and there it was in plain English. He felt like he was going insane. He sat down on the chair with his mind blank. He started thinking of his options, he could go to Pomfrey and get some potion for headache and pretend none of this happened...
- ...Or, he could go meet Jane as he was told in dream to do.
- Turns out walking up to a girl and telling you had a dream of her was harder to do than Anon thought. He saw the girl a few times after that, but he never had the courage to walk up to her. The girl seemed normal, she laughed with her friends and scolded troublemakers in her house. Days went on, that Anon stared at the girl in great hall. He had completely forgotten the original reason he noticed the girl in the first place. He sighed and went back to his ridiculously huge sandwich, when he felt someone nudge him.
- He turned to see Penny had sat next to him.
- "H-Haywood, what are you doing at Ravenclaw table?" Anon asked surprised forgetting to swallow his food.
- The girl looked at him with an expression saying really? It caused the boy to blush and look down on the table, he was awkward with girls. Even when he had been friends with them for a while.
- "Go talk to her." Penny said suddenly.
- "W-what are you talking about?" Anon asked quickly.
- "Everyone in the hufflepuff table has noticed you stare at Jane, they've started whispering about it, and it's starting to annoy Jane too."
- "It is?" Anon asked troubled, he didn't expect anyone to notice his obsession.
- "You are terrible at hiding your intentions, Anon." Penny said.
- "B-but I don't know what to say to her..." Anon said troubled, how could he explain to Penny about the dream. She'd think he's a creep.
- "Just go introduce yourself to her, you're cute and you have a good reputation. What could go wrong?" Penny said annoyed.
- Anon was a bit uncomfortable being complimented like that.
- "But what if she thinks I am a creep?" Anon asked.
- "You'd be a whole lot less creepy if you just talked to her, instead of staring at her." Penny said. "Jane usually lets lovesick guys down gently, there's nothing that could go wrong."
- Anon was quiet.
- "What are you worried about, maybe she likes you? If not, then at least you tried." Penny continued. "Go on, she's about to leave the great hall, if you leave now, you can catch her alone in the lobby."
- "I... Uhh..." Anon stammered.
- "GO!" Penny snapped at him.
- Anon just shot up and left for the lobby. Sure enough, he actually ran into Jane alone.
- "H-hi..." Anon started nervously. "My name is..."
- "Anon Ymous." The girl smiled at him. "Everyone knows your name."
- "Uh.. I..." Anon stammered.
- "Jane Court, nice to meet you." The girl said cordially and smiled.
- The girl's smile put Anon somewhat at ease, she didn't seem to think he was a creep. Maybe what Penny said was true.
- "N-nice to meet you." Anon said trying to relax a bit, but he felt his face turning red anyway.
- "I had heard the rumours about you, Ymous, none of them said you were shy." Jane said smiling.
- "I... Well, I am not used to talking to cute girls." Anon said quickly, and realized that came out creepy.
- But the girl just blushed lightly.
- "O-oh, is that it? You seem to be able to talk to Penny just fine." Jane smiled brightly at Anon.
- "Uhh... Yeah... Would you like to..." Anon tried to think of some place where they could talk. "...Go to Hogsmeade with me tomorrow?"
- Fuck, anon thought, that sounded like I'm asking her out on a date, I should've thought of it first before talking to her, now she will reject me...
- "Sure." The girl agreed immediately.
- "R-really?" Anon said surprised.
- "Yeah, I love going to Hogsmeade, I'd love to go there with a cute boy for once." Jane said smiling, then looked contemplative. "Maybe that will put an end to the rumours about me being frigid..."
- "Oh, I don't know anything about that, but I'm glad you want to go with me." Anon said.
- The girl smiled at him for a while.
- "So..." She asked.
- "OH right! I'll meet you here tomorrow at midday?"
- "It's a date then." Jane said and smiled.
- "R-right..." The boy said and watched the girl walk away. She was nothing like she was in the dream, thank merlin... Maybe it was all just a dream and this is all just a massive coincidence. The boy walked off and waited for tomorrow.
- The boy woke up early, he was nervous, the girl wasn't as scary as she was in the dream. But going out on a date with her was the scariest thing he had ever agreed to do awake. He took a shower and combed his hair neatly. He took a fresh set of clothes. He saw Rowan in the common room, reading a book.
- "Well, wish me luck, Rowan."
- "Good luck Anon..." Rowan said without lifting his head from the book. "What do you need luck for?"
- "I have a date."
- "What!" Rowan asked raising his head in surprise. "With who? Wait don't tell me, let me try to guess..."
- "Alright..." Anon said.
- "It's Merula is it?"
- "Nope."
- "Whaat, have you seen the way the girl looks at you?" Rowan asked.
- "Have you heard the way she talks to me... The way she talks to me about my brother... The way she does nothing but start fights with me and try to bully me?"
- "Uhh... Right, I... Huh..." Rowan said. "Penny then?"
- "Nope. Do you really think I would have a shot with Penny? Look at me."
- "...Tulip?" Rowan asked cautiously.
- "No."
- Rowan looked relieved.
- "Fine, who?"
- "Jane Court." Anon answered.
- "Who?" Rowan asked.
- "The hufflepuff prefect with auburn hair."
- "What the plump short one, Is that colour auburn? I didn't know that." Rowan said surprised.
- "I'm not sure, but you know who I am talking about."
- "Well, you know what they say, marry a ravenclaw, fuck a hufflepuff." Rowan said.
- "Literally who says that?" Anon asked annoyed.
- "I don't know... Slytherins?"
- "Oh sod off, I'm going to be late."
- "Good luck Anon." Rowan said earnestly this time.
- Anon was nervously waiting for his date in the lobby. he had already talked himself into this situation, he couldn't back out now. He had tried to think of subjects to talk with the girl, or places to take her, all he thought was the book store and three broomsticks. He really should've planned this better, but he thought he'd let the girl decide as much as possible.
- "Hello, Ymous." The girl said cordially again.
- "O-oh, Hello... Please, call me Anon." Anon said nervously.
- "Alright, Anon, you can call me Jane, if you like." The girl smiled. "Are you ready for our date."
- "No... I mean, yes... As ready as I will ever be." Anon said looking away awkwardly.
- "Relax, I don't bite" The girl smiled.
- "hard..." a voice whispered
- Anon must have imagined it. It must be the nerves...
- "Shall we go then?" Anon asked.
- "Let's." The girl said and took Anon's arm.
- Anon was surprised and tried to retain his composure. He led the girl awkwardly into the trail leading to Hogsmeade.
- "S-so, where would you like to go first?" He asked, hoping the girl had things planned out better than him.
- "Oh, I don't know, where do you want to go?" The girl said smiling.
- Critical failure... The girl expected him to take the lead.
- "Uhh... Do you like books? We could go to the bookstore... Or Three broomsticks... Do you have any shop you want to visit first?"
- "I love books, most people think hufflepuffs are simple and aren't interested in academic. It's one of the stereotypes I try to break." The girl said.
- "Great, I love books as well, I could read them all day." Anon said happy to find a common thing.
- "So I've heard, I saw you in the library, you looked so jealous that I could read more books than you..." The girl pouted empathically.
- "Uhh, I shouldn't have stared..." Anon said awkward
- "It's alright, I am glad you're not a creep, but in case you get any ideas. I will not be snogging with you on a first date... So don't get your hopes too high." The girl smiled somewhat mischievously.
- Anon didn't know what snogging was, he decided he'd keep some distance from the girl, letting her decide what felt comfortable. The girl seemed to notice.
- "Oh, you learn quick, and you are polite."
- "I... Uhh..." Anon said.
- "Relax, I am teasing you." The girl smiled.
- The two reached Hogsmeade and went for the book store. Anon held the door open for Jane and the two entered the store.
- "I love the smell of new parchment and old tomes." The girl said.
- The boy was reminded of the smells in the dream, he felt a bit uneasy for being reminded of parts from the dream he was trying to suppress.
- "Y-yeah.. I do too." He said.
- The girl went to a herbology section in the store with Anon following her there.
- "What kind of books do you like to read, Anon?" She asked while browsing the selection.
- "Hard to say, I like to read pretty much everything."
- "Everything worthy..." echoey whisper said
- The boy looked around worried, he was sure he heard that one.
- "I have heard the rumours that you're in progress of reading trough all the books in the library." Jane said giggling a little.
- "O-oh Not quite everything... Only things that interest me." Anon said still worried about his sanity.
- "Oh, and what interest you then?" The girl asked.
- "Wisdom... Knowledge... Things that are illusive to this world, I like to know about how the world works, but I also want to know how things that aren't apparent work."
- "That sounds vague..." The girl said pouting contemplatively.
- "I know, but the only way I can think of learning about it is to read literally everything." Anon said trying to think of a way to explain it.
- "You are strange..." The girl said smiling.
- "Oh, you think so?" Anon said a bit disheartened to hear it.
- "But I think you're interesting, Anon" The girl said quickly.
- "That's good... What kind of books do you like to read?"
- "I like herbology, books about charms and some light novels." The girl said smiling at Anon.
- "Books you should be afraid of reading..." the whisper said again.
- Anon was convinced he heard that one, he looked around worried and tried to seem normal.
- "D-did you hear that, Jane?" He asked.
- "Hear what, Anon?" The girl asked looking at him curiously.
- "That whisper, was it the wind?" Anon said worried.
- "Don't be silly, there is no wind in a bookstore..." Jane said trying to ease Anon's nerves. "You must be nervous about your date with me, I'm sorry..." She looked a bit sad.
- "No!" Anon disagreed quickly. "That's not it, It's not your fault. I am just shy... I am relaxed talking with you, I am just not used to going on dates... This is my first one."
- "You're doing fine... Do you want to go to three broomsticks for a butterbeer? Maybe that will ease your nerves." The girl asked smiling.
- "Y-yeah, let's do that..." Anon said relieved.
- The two of them left the bookstore and went for the Inn.
- When they entered the Inn, Anon noticed that Penny was there, the girl looked at him and Jane. She raised her thumb and smiled. This made Anon and Jane blush a little. The two got butterbeers and decided they would ask if they could join Penny.
- "Do you mind if we join you?" Anon asked.
- "Not at all." Penny said smiling.
- "So..." Penny started looking at Jane. "How's your date going with Anon?"
- Anon blushed immediately, he wasn't expecting that they'd be asked about their date, he was still in disbelief that he was actually on a date.
- "It's going well, he's a real gentleman." Jane said smiling at her housemate. "You never told me that he was so shy."
- Anon turned deeper red, he hadn't expected girls to have been talking about him behind his back.
- "Oh, I think he's only shy around girls he thinks are really cute." Penny said looking at Anon's reaction and giggling.
- "Oh, we should stop teasing him." Jane said. "The poor thing's nervous, that's why we came to three broomsticks in the first place."
- "I'm sorry, I couldn't resist." Jane said smiling at Anon."
- "I-i-it's f-fine, I just didn't... Expect people to talk about me... Girls to talk about me." Anon said beet red.
- "Oh, but you're a celebrity." Penny said. "A prodigy with spells and a virtuoso with a wand, I don't think anyone has seen such a good duelist in a long time. Even Flitwick seems impressed, despite him constantly telling you to stop breaking the school rules." Penny said.
- "It's that Snyde girl's fault." Jane said annoyed "Anon seems like the sweetest guy, he's probably more comfortable reading books and learning, than fighting."
- "She will learn..." The whisper said.
- "H-haha... Yeah, I just like my books, I wish Merula would leave me alone..." Anon said laughing nervously and looking around.
- "What about you, Anon, have you been enjoying your first date with Jane?" Penny asked the boy.
- "F-first?" Anon said surprised.
- "Surely you two will go on a lot of dates after this, or did you not think this has gone well?" Penny teased.
- "N-no, I mean, This has been great, I've had a good time." Anon said quickly.
- "Maybe if we go on more dates, he'll be more relaxed" Jane said and smiled at the boy.
- "sooner than you think" The whisper said.
- "S-sure, I'd like that. I had a good time." Anon said quickly.
- The two girls giggled.
- Later that day, Anon was escorting Jane to Hufflepuff basement.
- "I had a great time, Jane." Anon said
- "Me too, Anon. I am glad I didn't have to swat down your approaches." The girl said smiling. "You seem like a honest, nice guy."
- "I am glad you think so, I really liked spending time with you, I want to learn more about you... Will we meet again?" Anon asked nervously.
- "We will, I'm sure... Let's go on more dates, and maybe we'll get to snogging eventually." The girl giggled.
- "Are you prepared for it?" The whisper asked.
- "I am." Anon whispered quietly.
- "Good night, Anon. I'll see you soon." The girl smiled at him.
- "Good night, Jane." Anon smiled and walked away.
- Anon went to bed relaxed, he felt like the date had gone well. He was worried about his sanity, maybe it really was nerves... But overall the day was a success, even if it made him doubt his sanity. He fell easily asleep with a smile in his face.
- He felt a familiar sense of control in his dream, just like that time. He looked around and realized he was in Hogsmeade. He looked up and nearly screamed when he noticed the moon had a giant eye ball that was staring directly into him. He just turned away and looked around nervously. He went to the book store and realized he was being stared by smaller eyes that he could only see with his peripheral vision, every time he tried to look directly into one, it vanished, like it hadn't been there. He felt his faculties were starting to be assaulted again. He took out a book in herbology section, the book he saw Jane look at earlier. It was completely normal, except the drawing of Mandragora was very lifelike. He put the book back and went out of the shop.
- "Do you want to meet me again?" He heard the girl's voice. "I will give you a choice, if you walk the path back to Hogwarts, I will leave your dreams alone forever."
- "Will I ever see you again if I chose that?" Anon asked.
- "...No."
- "Then I will not leave." Anon said.
- "Very well, I hope you will not regret your choice, I am in the Inn."
- Anon walked to the three broomsticks in, or so he thought... The Inn he walked to wasn't called Three broomsticks, the sign had writing he couldn't understand, and trying to read it made his ears ring again and gave him a bit of a headache. He immediately tore his eyes off it and walked in.
- He saw Jane sitting at the same table they sat on earlier, he went and sat in front of her.
- "Did you enjoy your day?" The girl asked with otherworldly voice.
- "I did." Anon answered truthfully.
- "I tried to make it enjoyable for you, I think I am starting to grow fond of you." The girl said.
- "I'm glad to hear that."
- "I don't think you quite understand the situation you're in, I grow tired of toying with you..."
- "W-what do you mean?" Anon asked worried.
- "I am not being truthful with you, Anon Ymous, I am playing with your emotions." The girl said. "You are naive and ignorant."
- Anon looked at the girl surprised, this dream is starting to freak him out.
- "I know this is a dream, Jane wouldn't say something like that." Anon said.
- "That is my sin, you don't believe that, because I was false." The girl said.
- "False about what?" Anon asked curiously.
- The girl smiled widely, her mouth looking completely alien, too wide for her head and filled with razor sharp teeth, her eyes turned inhuman looking and locked into Anon's eyes. He tried to scream but no sound came out. He tried to turn his gaze, but he couldn't move his eyes.
- "Everything." The girl said smiling. "Do you still think my eyes are beautiful."
- "W-w-w-what are you?" Anon asked scared.
- "Answer me, Anon Ymous... Do you still think my eyes are beautiful?" The girl asked gently.
- Anon realized the whole room was full of eyeballs, staring directly into his, he felt the buzz again and his ears started ringing. His mind went blank, but he could only think of one answer.
- "...Yes, All of them!"
- The room went black for a while and Anon felt himself on the floor again, he had a headache, but nowhere near as bad as last time. He got up to noticed the girl was kneeling next to him on the floor.
- "So, are you a goddess then?" Anon asked.
- "...No." The girl said looking at the boy coyly. "You could call me that, though... Most would just go directly calling me a monster, maybe I am mollycoddling you."
- "O-oh..." Anon said.
- "You are strange... Anon Ymous." The girl said. "You're terrified, yet you're not trying to break free, you must have realized that you can wake up whenever you want to..."
- "The thought occurred to me, but this is what I wanted, Knowledge."
- "...The book." The girl said
- "No... The book, it is a red herring." Anon said quickly
- The girl looked at him surprised, did he realize it so quickly?
- "It's you, isn't it?"
- "Yes." The girl smiled...
- "Then you are all I desire..." Anon said. "Only you."
- "are you prepared for it?" The girl asked in a familiar whisper.
- "Yes." Anon answered confidently.
- "I know I said I wouldn't engage in snogging on a first date... But technically this is our second date." The girl smiled at Anon, her mouth was still full of razor sharp teeth.
- "Third, if you count our tryst in the library." Anon said.
- The girl laughed an otherworldly laugh and the whole dream seemed to shake in her emotion.
- "This is your dream... Anon Ymous." The girl said crawling on top of the boy lying on the floor. "I can't help it, if a young adolescent boy has a naughty dream..."
- Anon immediately felt emotions surge into him, he felt stirring when the girl pressed her body against him.
- "Poor Anon Ymous..." The girl said. "You need to be warned, I can't hold back when I do this... You have to be ready to see me as I really am.
- Anon was simultaneously aroused and afraid, perhaps more aroused because he was so afraid, the girl smiled at him with her sharp teeth, maybe he did bit more than he can chew, but he felt the girl's weight on his member, and it was driving him crazy.
- "Show me." He said.
- The girl immediately pressed her lips against his, the girls lips were soft and although he felt scared of her sharp teeth, he didn't feel a single sting, the girl pushed her tongue inside his mouth and caressed his tongue with hers. The boy felt his mind going blank from the sensation. He then realized that the girl had more than one tongue inside his mouth, he opened his eyes in terror, but the girl just looked into his eyes reassuring him. She pulled his tongue gently inside her mouth and prompted him to explore it, he couldn't find a trace of her sharp teeth it all felt soft and comforting, he could feel wriggling around his tongue but he soon lost all inhibition and fear.
- The girl pulled her mouth away from his, and it looked completely normal, was he imagining everything?
- "You are brave..." The girl said. "But you're not scared enough."
- "W-what?" Anon asked.
- The girl opened her mouth again and showed that it was filled with tiny wriggling tentacles and Sharp teeth.
- Anon nearly screamed, but the girl pressed her mouth against his again, and his eyes rolled back. He pushed his tongue in the girls mouth again and felt razor sharp teeth in it, he cut his tongue on one but kept going.
- The girl stared at him reassuringly.
- After a while of making out the girl pulled back again.
- "Don't worry about little cuts, nothing here is permanent... Except your mental state. Knowing that, do you want to keep going?"
- "YES!" Anon screamed.
- The girl just smiled.
- "Very well."
- The girl pushed Anon back on the floor and systematically undressed him, when she got to his pants, the boy shot up.
- "Relax." The girl said.
- "I-I uhh..." Anon started. "I've never done this before."
- "This is a dream, remember?" The girl smiled at him coyly.
- "B-but..." Anon started by he was shut up by a tentacle emerging from the floor, he looked around terrified when he realized a dozen or more tentacles had started binding him, they pulled him down on the floor and he could only watch at the sky. The Inn had no roof, in fact, the Inn was gone, they were outside. He looked at the moon, that was staring back into him, his ears started ringing and he was getting a headache.
- "Close your eyes." The girl said. "Don't go insane just yet."
- The boy complied and felt the girl continue undressing him, she pulled out his enlarged member and started stroking it. The boy started moaning feeling the girl's petite hands on his dick. She was gentle at first, but as she went on the sensation turned more and more alien, her fingers turned softer and they wrapped around his dick tighter. It felt more like tentacles than fingers. The boy tried to move his neck to look at what was going on, but he couldn't move a muscle. He just kept his eyes closed and nearly screamed out of pleasure when the tentacles wrapped around his dick started wriggling unnaturally.
- The girl giggled at his reaction. She picked up the pace and started edging the boy, now screaming in pleasure.
- "Please!" He begged.
- "Not yet." The girl said sternly.
- "Please, I've never felt anything like this."
- "Are you not scared of your situation, are you more worried about release?"
- "Terrified!" The boy declared.
- "Good boy." The girl said and stopped teasing him, she pulled her hands off his penis.
- "...Jane, what are you?" Anon asked, but screamed again of pleasure when he felt the girl plunge his member in her mouth.
- The girl was gentle at first, it felt normal... As normal as a virgin's imagination of the situation could be, but at least he didn't feel any extra tongues around his dick. But then the girl teased him and got him on the edge again, she gently closed her teeth around the base of his shaft, reminding him about the dangers of the situation he's in. He screamed again in terror and pleasure, when the girl pulled her teeth off his dick and started sucking on it. He felt all the tentacles wrapping around his dick inside her mouth, prodding and rubbing it. The sensation was unlike anything he had felt like.
- "...Jane, I can't..." He tried to get past his moans of pleasure and screams of terror.
- The girl picked up the pace.
- Anon released hard in the girl's mouth, he felt like he was being drained empty, his mind went completely blank. He opened his eyes fully and stared at the moon. He felt his head splitting open, the ringing in his ears was unbearable. He felt like he was falling into a deep pit...
- Anon woke up after a while, but not in his bed, he was in an empty space full of blackness, he could feel occasional drip of something crimson around. He tried to scream, but there was no sound in that place. He looked around scared and realized a bright light was approaching him. He saw Jane walking towards him with a white unearthly light surrounding her, she looked angelic.
- "What happened, Jane?"
- "You went insane..." The girl answered.
- "W-what?" Anon asked scared.
- "You lost your mind completely and are now in a catatonic state in the real world..."
- "What, really, what happened, is this still a dream?" Anon looked around terrified.
- "This is all that is left of your sanity, I am sorry..." The girl said. "I shouldn't have..."
- "It's okay." Anon said quickly. "It's not your fault, this is what I wanted. I wanted to know everything, but I wasn't ready."
- "I can still save you..." The girl said quietly. "But if I do that, you will run away from me... You know what I am now."
- "I wouldn't run away from you, I want to devote my life to you." Anon declared. "You are my goddess."
- "You are strange, Anon Ymous..." The girl smiled. "I could keep you here, forever... But if you say you want to devote your life to me outside. I will trust you, but after that, you belong to me, forever."
- "Forever." Anon said.
- "Come find me when you wake up, go see Pomfrey first, it's not good to walk around with this bad of a headache." The girl said concerned.
- "I will."
- Anon woke up screaming from the top of his lungs, waking up everyone in the room, He had been sweating profusely during the night and somehow got tangled in his bedsheets, he tried to get up but only managed to roll into the floor still screaming.
- "Bloody hell, Anon, what is wrong with you?" Rowan yelled.
- Anon stopped screaming for a second and realized he had woken up from the most intense dream he had ever had.
- "Sorry, Rowan, sorry lads. I had nightmare." He said trying to untangle himself.
- Other people in the dorm started shouting insults at the boy and started getting up.
- "Must have been some nightmare then." Rowan said concerned, are you sure you're okay?"
- "Yeah, I just have a little headache, I need to go see Pomfrey about it."
- Anon got dressed and left for hospital wing, he ran into Jane walking with other hufflepuffs, including Penny. He remembered the dream, it felt so real... How would he go from there, would he ask the girl for another date? His thought were cut short when Jane just walked up to him.
- "G-good morning, Jane." Anon started, but the girl just pulled him down by his robes. and kissed him gently.
- "Wow, Jane, I thought you were against snogging after first date." Penny asked surprised. "Did it go that well?"
- "Oh, I know, but it really was our third date technically." Jane smiled at Anon. "Right, pet?"
- "Yes, my love." Anon smiled
