- I am trying to download a skyrim mod and it wont even get over kb, I am having a very slow download speed on the vortex client. nexus to get a few but I have been having issues with both the mod manager and the manual DLs. -NMM: refuses to download files most of the time. slow log. Anyone know why Vortex is downloading fallout 4 mods at less than kb/s? limiting your download speed in between Nexus and Vortex.
