  1. v2.6.0 - A lick of paint

  3. There's a lot of legacy code, poorly coded equipment, bugs, crashes, errors, balance issues, oversights and all that stuff buried deep inside More Fluff. So, let's ignore all that and put a lick of paint on the fixable things!

  5. Not much new equipment this time, but there's still a couple of fun items:
  6. * Extremely Unwieldy Sword - CAW
  7. * Deal 4x[max5] damage!!!!!!!!!!
  8. * ...but the enemy will dodge it
  9. * More passives!
  10. * Box of Nails - there's probably a better name but strained puns are nice
  11. * Whenever you shock the enemy, deal 3 damage (reuseable)
  12. * Oil Barrel - attack its weak point for massive damage
  13. * If the enemy gets 4 or more burn on them in a single turn, deal 10 fire damage
  14. * Frost Shield - it's a shield, for your frost
  15. * Whenever you inflict freeze, gain 2 shield
  16. * Blade of September - the twenty first night of remember
  17. * 4 MIN4 slots, deal [] damage
  18. * On 21, inflict weaken, shock and burn
  19. * i hate this pun. i genuinely feel like making this joke has negatively impacted the world
  20. * Dark Matter - too confusing for new players
  21. * Deal 3x[max5] damage
  22. * ...but give the enemy [max5] more dice next turn
  23. * Yeah it's about as bad as it sounds
  24. * Shrug - ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  25. * Gain 4 shield
  26. * Roll a new dice
  27. * ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT
  28. * Regedit - useful for completely useful things that won't break your PC
  29. * Saves the CPU counter, then sets the CPU to the previously saved counter
  30. * ...which defaults to zero!
  31. * Spare RAM - bash with CPU
  32. * Deal [] damage, double if your CPU counter is less than 6
  33. * Overcharge - don't focus too hard
  34. * Sets all your dice to 6!
  35. * ...but you roll 1 fewer dice next turn
  36. * Adaptaxe - 100% of the time, it's useful all the time
  37. * Deal 2x[max3] damage
  38. * However! If you have a 5, it becomes MAX5 instead!

  40. Changes:
  41. * "Reuseable If X" equipment has been tweaked slightly!
  42. * Let me know if anything breaks with them.
  43. * Shield Synthesis buffed:
  44. * Now gives 3 shield, and 2 more on a 6
  45. * Should incentivize it being picked up as a "put in any dice, gain 3 shield" equipment, as well as it helping you tank up.
  46. * Inspiring Tune changed from EVEN to COUNTDOWN 8
  47. * Just to make it a little different to Punchline
  48. * Underclock nerfed to MIN2
  49. * Won't affect its usability that much, but it makes the upgrade less of a downgrade by comparison
  50. * Joke Answer buffed to MAX5
  51. * Finisher- buffed to heal [max3] if it's the final blow
  52. * It stops the downgrade from being totally useless
  53. * Pike- changed to always deal 4 damage
  54. * Loaded Dice+ changed to 2 uses, to keep the flavour
  55. * Sacridice+ changed to MIN2, to make its upgrade useable
  56. * Power Through changed to a countdown of 3
  57. * Being able to get 3 dice from a 1 is... arguably too much
  58. * Shifting Sword changed!
  59. * First, the shield option is nerfed - now it's only 2 shield instead of 3.
  60. * Also, it has a chance to gain a bad effect too
  61. * Jester now can encounter 2 Fluff level up packs, on account of them outnumbering the vanilla ones by now
  62. * Jester also encounters more loot in general - maybe a thick deck could work?
  63. * Insult to Injury buffed to take any dice, instead of being a countdown of 12
  64. * Having there be a countdown restriction on such a hard to use equipment was adding... well, you know
  65. * Regen+ changed to unrestricted
  66. * It's not a powerful enough effect to warrant having a single range increase for the upgrade
  67. * Changed the "No effect" downgrade for Magic Mirror
  68. * Heckle changed to two MAX3 slots
  69. * Talons nerfed to MAX3
  70. * Now it's more obviously 2 Claws stacked on top of each other
  71. * Chain Whip- now deals 2 damage instead of no damage
  72. * Weaken is quite a nerf to this item!
  73. * Blade of JOAT+ buffed to 3 uses
  74. * The upgrade wasn't worth it most of the time; this should help it become more of a dice dump/general-purpose tool
  75. * Note that 3 damage/poison/heal/shield isn't worth it for 18+ pips!
  76. * 18+ pips... brb making another mod
  77. * Piercing Scroll buffed:
  78. * Now unrestricted
  79. * Returns the dice when upgraded
  80. * Healing Shiv+ buffed to unrestricted, was MAX5
  81. * Mirrorblade nerfed to size 2
  82. * Imperishability+ buffed to "turn 5 and after"
  83. * Ferrosynthesis nerfed to size 2 and a countdown of 12 (was size 1 with a countdown of 6)
  84. * Scorch nerfed to a countdown of 3
  85. * Iron Swan is now a PU equipment
  86. * literally zero idea why it wasn't in the first place, the whole point is for it to work with PU stuff
  87. * Critical Hit nerfed to 15% chance
  88. * It's just too strong!
  89. * Chronomancy now heals on jackpot too
  90. * Snowdrop/Pyrodrop buffed to 2 freeze/burn
  91. * Tweaked the wording of:
  92. * Talons-
  93. * Hockey Stick
  94. * Hailstorm
  95. * Frozen Whip
  96. * Promote+/Demote+
  97. * Iron/Copper Cauldron
  98. * The Beam Power status
  99.  
  100. Bugfixes:
  101. * Focus Beam- now works as intended
  102. * Added a ) to Crocus
  103. * Begonia no longer appears in BR
  104. * Caramel no longer hard crashes the game
  105. * Frozen Whip+ description made more gooderer
  106. * Sapping Spores+ now works
  107. * Added more equipment into the Bonus Round generators
  108. * Not sure if it was an oversight on my part or what, but a lot of fun equipment like Mirror Coating wasn't generating as often as it should. Fixed now!
  109. * Jester no longer crashes upon picking up booster packs
  110. * Magic Frostbolt now deals the correct amount of damage
  111. * Decay- now inflicts 2 poison instead of 1
  112. * Unnatural Charm and Ekans Charm+ now give the dice the correct way, instead of angrily vomiting them at you
  113. * Fixed a crash issue because of a Simplified English translation issue
  114. * Iron Fist+ now uses the correct damage type of SHIELD
  115. * Bottleneck- now isn't quite as strong
  116. * Really Sharp Spike now plays the correct sound effect
  117. * Reaper now doesn't reactivate after being weakened
  118. * Shifting Sword + Resonator no longer crashes the game
  119. * Resonator now works for Thief, and also weakens their stolen equipment
  120. * Helium Balloon no longer lags the game like Overwatch
  121. * Blunt Dagger- now works as intended
