[14:04:13] +Ruby D: and hence why, me, Deathly The King, and insanelegend, are going to do a workshop on Tier Shift.
[14:04:47] +Ruby D: Tier Shift is a very unique metagame, in which lower tier Pokemon are given boosts to make them a lot more viable
[14:05:43] +Ruby D: These boosts include +15 to NU and lower, +10 to RU and BL3, and +2 to UU/BL2
[14:06:00] +Ruby D: Pokemon from BL and OU do not get boosted
[14:06:16] +Ruby D: Everything that get bans in OU also get bans here
