  52. ON HOVER EFFECTS (This effect will allow the element and another to reappear either over or in a different area inside the layout when you mouse hover over it. Upon leaving the area with removing your mouse the image will go back and disappear and the regular image will show.)
  53. DRAGGING EFFECTS (This effect is like the “on hovering” effect but ONLY in one area. The effect allows the image to drag over another image on hover in a certain area and will be closed upon the removal of the mouse.)
