Chapter 26

A certain blue haired rabbit steps off a train, having returned from Hokkaido.

"Aaah, to be back! Arigatou, mommy.", he says.

"Of course, dear. Now, I see why you love Delaroux-san so much.", she says to him.

"Mmhmm! Delaroux-sensei is who I idolize. That, and...", he says, pausing mid sentence.

"And?", his mother replies, waiting for an answer.

Shy-kun starts to turn red.

"N-No, it's nothing! Sorry!", he replies.

His mother tells him, "If you ever want to talk about it, don't be afraid to ask me."

"Really, it's nothing.", Shy-kun laughs sheepishly, face still red.

(I don't know whether or not to talk to him...), he thinks to himself.

His mother knows something is up, but knows that any attempt to pry any further could ruin the nice day they just had, so she decides to drop it.

Later, in his room, he feeds his pet rabbits some carrot nubs.

"One for you, Hikari, one for you, Luna, and one for you, Kaburagi."

The rabbits playfully nibble at the nubs.

Shy-kun looks at this, puts a hand on his chest, and giggles, sticking his tongue out.

"Tee-hee! They're just so adorable while eating."

His phone buzzes. It's from Ojou-kun.

"Ohayo!", Shy-kun greets him.

"Ohayo, dear President. How was the concert?", Ojou-kun says on the other end.

"It was magical! I wish you could've came.", Shy-kun said, with a tone of sadness in his voice.

"I was busy helping arrange a party for a friend of the family. It couldn't be helped.", Ojou-kun replied.

"I forgot you're the heiress to the Fujikoba fortune, so your work must be important.", Shy-kun says, blissfully unaware.

"Yeah, about that, speak of the devil. My father is calling me to help him out right now. Drat!", Ojou-kun says to Shy-kun.

"It's fine! I don't want to hold you up from anything.", Shy-kun replies.

"We'll talk tomorrow at school. See you then! OOOOOOHOHOHO!", Ojou-kun says before hanging up.

Shy-kun flops on his bed, and rolls around back and forth in a frenzy.

(Ooooh, what shall I do? I want to talk to him, but I...I don't know how...), he thinks to himself.

He looks at a poster of Belle on it, and says "Sensei...what should I do?"
