  12. Any past experiences in being a staff member:
  13.
  14. MineCorner Sr-Mod 1x Mod 1x (Australian Network) (HCF, Practice)
  15. My time on MineCorner was certainly my favourite experience being a staff member. On here I learnt the basics of being a staff member, which included being able to screenshare, how to control each player accordingly and just how to act as a staff player and all the problems a staff member actually does. The Australian community differs from NA Europe community with how the players act.

  17. AussieMC (Australian Network) (Prison) (OP Prison)
  18. My time on AussieMC was well over enjoyable I was staff up until Admin and then the server closed It would reach a total of 60 players or more daily On this server I learnt how to cooperate with players and how to be patient even when things dont come your way I used to always say there is a time and a place when one of the staff members got upset, distressed or mad. It would teach them to be patient and not get butthurt over easily fixable things to due with the server and its players. As an Admin I had to inform players about the prison server Telling them valuable information and setup tips on how to get rich. I was also one of the best staff member, quote on quote from one of the Owners If only he could fund the server, I would have given him Owner, he was just so good at his job This had just brung a thought into my head to exceed my staff skills and try for bigger servers.

  21. PvPCove 2x Admin, 1x Mod (Australian Network
  22. By far the best Australian network as of right now. I started getting a reputation of being an insane screensharer in the Aussie community, which I was competing against people who know what theyre doing and they are coders which made it even harder. When the Owners were on and had to deal with things and needed extra help, I was always under their wing to support them with their needs. As an admin on PvPCove my job was to direct all the other staff members ensuring they would do their job correctly.

  24. PurePractice 1x Admin (Australian Network)
  25. Whitelisted server reaching around 25-30 players daily. 2.0 is coming out soon and everyones hoping its good, although I'm not looking to staff on there as I did previously. I was staff on there for about 3 weeks After that I realised that it's not a good server and left. Fury 1x Mod+ All though Fury went down shortly after release, I overall, had a great time, since I haven't been staff on any server before that for a while, it was good to get back into what I love doing which is being a staff member.

  28. Why do you want to become staff?:
  29. I believe everybody has a clean chance of becoming staff, and I hope to be among that statement, being staff is a big responsibility, it is mandatory to keep focus and stay on tract at all times, they are going to have to be respectful and loyal after a good example is set. Players should expect from a Moderator a great attitude who brings things to a stop in a fair way and does their all to keep the server at its best. I hope throughout my 5 years of minecraft through thick and thin I have learnt how to be a good staff member. With not only responsibilities but a standard and self discipline. They are the standards that you need to hold yourself to. It is then you are seen as a great player. I've learnt how to deal with situations that are difficult to understand and hard to work with. Mods need to be able to deal and fix the situation accordingly, and I believe I can do that. After a few months of playing, I decided to make a clan in arenapvp, I invited players and realized, I don't need to be a clan leader to be respected or looked up to. Respect is not taken or made, it is earned, And I go by that each day, giving my all to not upset any players or disrespect anyone. I removed my clan and its players. I devoted my time to help others on the server.I also provide help whenever is needed. I'm not doing this for me, I'm doing this for you guys. But all that mattered was making one more person happier. I like to help players to the best of my abilities and will always be there to help players who seek help!

  32. I may just be 16, but I really do care about the server. The popularity and perks from becoming a moderator really do not concern me. I'd like to become a moderator because I want to help as much as I can. I want to make an impact. I feel that if I become a moderator, I would be able to make a bigger impact on the server. I think it would be a great experience for me and the server. I love to help, and I know a good amount about Minecraft. And I am whiling to learn whatever is necessary to become a mod.
  33. I know as a moderator there are limits to what you can do, and I am willing to give that up for the sake of the server. I understand being a moderator takes hard work and dedication. I am dedicated to the server and always will be. I want to be a moderator not only because I love helping others, but because I was inspired to become better than I am. Moderators are literally gods in a virtual world, preserving order, creating masterpieces and beautiful worlds, and providing their time and effort with others. Being a staff member on Bad lion is a huge ass responsibility that is handed to people after extreme examination is given, I have applied for staff as I am confident in myself. I'd like to be a mod because I want everyone to have the best experience on the server like I did. Many people experience struggles in the server that can't be solved and I as a person can't stand there are watch them struggle. Many people believe that being a mod is all about the powers and flying, to me, that's not what it's all about. Being a Mod (and not just on this server but many servers) is about helping other players in need and providing yourself as somebody who can give answers to the players questions, report something or just talk to get something off their chest. I've seen to many mods loose their rank due to stupid decisions and their inability to reach out to players who seek help. If I were a mod I'd always be there to contribute to the server and not only that but to the players themselves. Aside from just being there to help, I would bring more fun and excitement to the server to make the experience well worth it for new comers.
