Since most multi-media devices, references, and other digital stuff are destroyed due to Earths total destruction this meaning scarce and designated at certain areas such as the Sanctuary, The Lazurous or the Pirates using COM And onward technology. Raziel is a multi-cultural, this meaning there is several different kind of religions, some people(Mainly at Sanctuary) beliefs that the Lazurous Contractor are gods and that the Sky Scrappers are demons. Raziel residence are 4,800 total, so there isn't much people on this planet(That meaning there shouldn't be 5 million People" coming out of blankly no where). Also there is life-stock that are mutated.....mainly they have evolved either becoming much larger or much smaller. Also Un-marked areas of this small planet resources such as metal reagents are abundant but most "hot" spots are guarded by a particular faction mainly the Lazurous or hostile large bandit groups.
