Samir Djoghlal says L'Algérino was born in Marseille on May 2, 1981. Discovered by Akhenaton (IAM), who signs him on his label 361 Records, he does not take long to shine through the album Les Dernier Seront Les Premiers, released in 2005. Ranked No. 32 sales, it allows him to tour anywhere in France. The following 2007, Pirate Mentality, confirms his potential through titles such as "The Fancy to Win" or "Faded Flower", in which L'Algérino puts his lyrics and rhymes worked on original rhythms. In 2017, L'Algérino achieved the biggest success of his career with the title "The Handcuffs (tching tchang tchong)", ranked No. 41 and seen tens of millions of times on its YouTube channel. The following year was marked by the release of "Va Bene" for the soundtrack of the movie Taxi 5 and the eighth album International.
