In other words, I would appreciate it if you could stop...

A) Accusing me of being a bad staff, unfair, biased etc. I have only been fair to you so far and any action I have taken against you has had a second opinion before I've done it.
B) Targetting me in particular. There were 4 staff members online when this happened and more on discord who could see IRC.
C) Taking everything so personally. I punished two other players, both of which I respect and like (One of which is a close friend of mine in fact). You were not targetted, you were not given any excessive punishment etc. I did not display any sort of hatred towards you.

Secondly, you seem to be complaining that a report was handled quickly? Your tempban isn't supposed to be negotiated. It's a punishment, it's not meant to be convenient for you.

The way I interpret this is that you literally wanted to dive in to the arguement and stir trouble. You even continued after I asked EVERYONE (not just you) to stop twice.

This behaviour to me is sickening. It was blatant that you were causing him a great amount of distress, yet you continued going and actually took pleasure in it.

It has not gone unnoticed. I'd like to point out that Lemon was defending themselves from multiple people (including you) and that as far as I can see from logs, he only said two things on the server. He did say that stuff IRC where I have no control. At the time, I did verbally ask him to stop. [21:02:16] (IRC) NB_MB: Will: Caps and relax. My reasoning for no action was that he did it all on IRC. I will happily talk to another staff about Lemon again though.

I did nothing inappropriate? I handled the report in a fair manner. If anything, I should have locked the topic and let staff unlock to add things when needed, however, I respected your wishes for it to be left open.

In my personal opinion, I thought yours were worse as you were being an aggressor and deliberately intended to upset him.

I don't like big "he said, she said" arguements like this on player reports, hence why I haven't replied to any of your posts or defended myself before, however, as you have "reported" me, I have decided to say a few things.

Also, I personally think that if you want to report a staff, the best way to do so is by direct contact with an Admin.
