- As they left the main structure of the Fleshcrafter home, just outside the door, Mistakes was there, being held by Nidaz's apprentices! This was a huge creature, almost ten feet tall.. His body was a mixture of human, animal and machine parts, where on its back there was noticeable tubes coming out, with a strange liquid inside.
- Taking a few steps in the direction of that being, the necromancer would open his arms, one to each side, where soon his voice would sound, "Ah, my beautiful creation! The time has come, you will see the world for the first time!
- It's time to give you LIFE!"
- What was once a simple citizen, today was the leader of a group that was somewhat infamous for the acts they committed.. And now he was about to do one more act against nature, bringing a real monster to life.
- Snapping his fingers, he would look in the direction of his apprentices and shout, "Go get my servants you fools, we'll need them." As soon as they received the command, the apprentices quickly went inside the Workshop, looking for Nidaz's servants. More specifically, bodies to be revived.
- Turning back towards the Technomancer, he would smile at her, "My dear Freda, are you ready?" He asked, because it was necessary to know.. Everything could go wrong and they would need to be ready for the worst to happen!
- (Nidaz)
- Stobbling out into the outside area of the manor, The old lady lit herself up a fine cigar this time. All in the name of celebration to turning on this large horrific abomination she had a part in creating. Offering one over to Nidaz to take, as it was wrapped in plastic. With the use of her thid-mechanical arm, She lit up her fatty cigar and puffed on it.
- "Ready to unleash a horror that I helped create on the rest of humanity? Pray this thing doesn't see me as one of its next.. Pieces. I'm too metal for that."
- Sucking on a long drag of her cigar, A cloud of smoke bellowed out through her nostrils. Darting her attention over to the servants as they ran inside to fetch more bodies, Then directing it back as Mistakes.
- "I've read a few horror novels when I was a young girl, Had.. Something similar to this. The creation even had the senses to call its creator.. Father..."
- Shaking her head, The tired technomancer justawaited.
- (Freda Von Bohm)
- It didn't take long for Nidaz's apprentices to return, bringing the bodies, "Great job! Now give them life." One more order, one more that they blindly followed without question!
- While this the Fleshcrafter would approach his creation.. How beautiful that creature was! That it had come out of Nidaz and Freda's efforts, in addition to others that helped to collect materials, but that didn't matter now! For the credits of this creation would be of Nidaz!
- "In Achyon we don't pray, Freda. But we hope that nothing bad will happen! But if it does? That's why my apprentices are here for." He would speak totally indifferently, looking in the direction of his apprentices.
- Who quickly looked back in fear, but did not question the words of their tutor. Well, because if they did? They would be joining Mistakes and become a puppet.
- Stretching a little, he would place his right hand on Mistakes' belly, which was part made of Magitech, "Everyone in position! Start sending me your mana.. The time has come.
- Freda, stay away." He would speak in a loud tone, where his apprentices began to form a circle around him and Mistakes.
- Slowly the Fleshcrafting apprentices began to send the mana towards Nidaz! A process contrary to the draining mana, but totally possible.
- And so, the Necromancer started sending his mana to the magic circuits of his.. Son.
- (Nidaz)
- Hump and hump after bodies added to the pile, Freda simply observed. Having little to no interest in the art of the flesh crafting, She felt it was better to.. Watch, and see how it plays out instead of adding her focus into the experiment.
- She wasn't doing this unarmed however, The third-arm along her back reached for the cannon. Holding it in the air as Freda did as suggested, taking a few steps away from Nidaz, his mistake and the group of minions. Booking for cover on whatever was convenient at the time.
- "No point of adding my mana to it! You're the fleshcrafter! Just take it slow and don't give him all the energy at once, let the energy core adapt to your disgusting magic! Don't want to risk overcharging it just yet!"
- She indeed hollered that out, Sticking to the corner of cover she had around this dumb manor.
- (Freda Von Bohm)
- And then in small but constant amounts, the mana begins to flow into Mistakes' body. Since Nidaz's hand was on his stomach, this would be the first part to be filled.
- Listening to Freda's words, he would just move his left index finger close to his mouth, "Shh.." Shushing, asking for silence.
- In the art of Fleshcrafting concentration was everything. One mistake and everything could go wrong! Nidaz had learned this in the worst way, by blowing up a rat's body in the past while learning, just because he lost his concentration for a single moment!
- The mana that came from his apprentices was quickly transferred to the body of his creation. Nidaz could do this on his own obviously, but with the help of his servants it was easier and that too would not tire him out.
- The stomach circuits started to be completely filled, where the meat around the area, started to shake and fuse, becoming one quickly. So far, it was all just a heap of meat, but now it was starting to take shape.
- From the stomach, mana flowed into the circuits of the heart, now starting to fill the Core as well..
- (Nidaz)
- Her expression soured at the mention of being told to be silent. Interrupting him for what he did to her earlier during the crafting process of this abomination was only fair!
- Alas, Freda stayed silent. Tucked away in concealment, She wanted the first thing this abomination saw to be its father, not Freda as the mother. She didn't need anymore of that haze!
- Each moment went by, and with that the servants began to do their part in putting in that undead energy, drawing a quiet 'Oooh' from the lips of the technomancer.
- A gun was still aimed! Not by her, but the third arm. Awaiting to see the actions of the undead creation come to life.
- (Freda Von Bohm)
- Procedures to ensure Nidaz's safety had already been done, there were several other undead around, all wielding weapons in their hands and pointing in the direction of Mistakes! Not that the necromancer couldn't control it, but it was more for security.
- You never know what can go wrong.
- Mana continued to flow, in small quantities, but steadily ones! Where slowly the circuits of the heart were filled. But not the core..
- The Mana Core would be the most complicated, even if it was connected to the rest of the body, it would take longer to get used to the necromancers mana, but Nidaz would not give up! He never did.
- The fleshcrafter's energy would begin to fully fill the core, not quickly, but slowly enough for it to get used to it's presence. Soon heartbeats would begin to be heard and an abnormal sensation felt around the being.
- The Mana Core was working, he had not suffered a negative effect with the presence of Nidaz's mana, which was good. Extremely good!
- There was little left now.
- The heart would now begin to pump mana into the rest of the circuits through the body, along with the blood and other liquids that was in the bloodstream. Potions, mainly.
- First, Mistakes' backbone had its circuits filled, where from there the mana would begin to flow into the creature's brain, or whatever was left of it. Since it is usually necessary to modify the creature's brain to avoid very complex actions, at least in a matter of disobedience.
- Flowing into the brain, the circuits would begin to be filled rapidely.. And the creature's body would start to tremble.
- (Nidaz)
- "It's alive, It actually worked!"
- Not quite a yell, but it was a pride filled enough cheer to indicate how she pleased was! Originally expecting something of an exploding mass of giblets and other godly body parts strewern around the area.. Instead, She was greeted with activity from the hunking pile of flesh and muscles. Now powered up with the offered mana.
- Standing a bit more out of her cover, Freda motioned to the third limb on her back. Which lowered the firearm as she took a few steps forward. Eyeing the bumbling mass of gore curiously.
- "It's holding.. And.. It hasn't exploded yet. So that's good."
- Weary as she was, This was science in the making. A love child of technology and not-quite necromancy in the making! How interesting to meet in the process.
- Now she went silent.. Just watching.
- (Freda Von Bohm)
- [Lyndis enters the place asking for help!]
- With the mana flowing through the body, the flesh would begin to melt, similarly to what had happened in the stomach. Everything becoming one, everything being part of the same being, where the Primordial fragment made it happen, inside the core.
- More and more the creature would begin to tremble, its arms, legs and body as a whole. Everything coming to life!
- However, out of nowhere.. The movements stopped and a silence followed. Where the only sound that could be heard was a heartbeat.. Coming from Mistakes' chest.
- The apprentices become restless, starting to move and walk away for fear of the creature. The Necromancer, on the other hand, stood still, continuing to send his mana to the creature's body.
- Freda's celebrations were answered with silence from the fleshcrafter.. Which was totally focused on his work.
- Nothing happened.. Until.. The single eye of the being opened, an empty look, with no signs of actual life.. Just, unlife!Subsequently, he started to move his legs and walk around, ignoring Nidaz just in front of him.
- Mistakes would look around for a moment, analyzing the place.. And when he saw Nidaz's apprentices walking away, he roared! A guttural and monstrous sound.
- Where what followed, was the creature running towards the poor apprentices.. Who just wanted to get away.
- (Nidaz)
- [We heal Lyndis injury, while Mistakes kills some apprentices..]
- While they treated Lyndis' wounds, Nidaz's servants worked. Where it didn't take long for some undead to return, bringing Mistake calmly close to them.. Who now had some faces around his body, faces that resembled those of Nidaz's apprentices..
- With his mind still a little distant, thinking about what had just happened to his dear friend, Nidaz was distracted. But when he saw his creation come back, he would return to his senses, "Oh.. I will need new assistants.. But I will deal with it later! Because..
- Well look what a beautiful being, what a creature.. Magnific!" He would start saying, raising his hands towards Mistakes, as if holding his face between them.
- In the past, Nidaz saw this type of creation as freaks, horrible beings. But today, that he created his own beings, he saw beauty.. He saw his children in that!
- Waving to his servants, he would soon say, "Take Mistakes to my lab.. He's a success, truly! Don't you think, Freda?" While the undeads guided the creature to the laboratory, Nidaz would turn to the old lady.. Smiling at her.
- (Nidaz)
- "Fucking disgusting. I hate myself for even humoring, Even letting alone helping with this creation."
- Treating that thing like his own son, or a very sick and oddlooking puppy. That was the only proper response the mancer had to give to it all, Swapping her attention from what was left of the servants inside, To them parts newly attached on the Mistake.
- "I also told Trik he was a fucked up man in the head, but his girlfriend always scolded me for it. Now that he has students? Eugh."
- Swinging her robotic hand through the air in a dismissive motion, She stood there.. Just, Disturbed.
- "Just be careful about walking him through the streets, too many people crowding around Mistake might cause him to freak out and rampage.."
- (Freda Von Bohm)
- Crazy? Most likely! Without a reason? Never! Nidaz is someone who had been through a lot during his short life, attempts of assassination to his life, shoting a maid café, almost became food to an abomination and also growing old because of magic!
- He had his reasons for being that way.
- "Don't worry, I don't want to be hunted by Achyon either.. So I'll just get him out of here only with a cage, for safety.. But only when necessary!
- Now.. Let's rest and drink something, I'm a little dizzy yet because of all the energy that was transfered." As he spoke, he would stagger back, placing his hand on his forehead.
- His experiment? A total success! His health? Yeah, he would need to rest.
- (Nidaz)
- "I'm sure Achyon would be fine with him walking the streets, Once he gets used to people. Think of throwing a wild primitive human into a factory, They'll freak out."
- Clicking her tongue against the roof of her mouth. Freda casually resumed puffing back on her cigar of tobacco, Big ol' cigar. Puffing out the smoke through her nostrils.
- "That'll do, I also need to start griping out our plan for ADAM. Damn thing, Most of the crew that worked with Amelia either quit or went traitor, Now I have to step in."
- (Freda Von Bohm)
- Nidaz says, "Sadly."
- Nidaz says, "People have such a weak mind.."
- Nidaz says, "Let's start working on something to change it, on the future."
- Freda Von Bohm asks, "Thought you needed rest?"
- Nidaz says, "For now, yes."
- Nidaz says, "Let's head to the square."
