  1. Paying with family/friends's/end-customer credit card (on lack of funds on your own one) could result in a payment halt until additional scans are sent which is complicated for casual users. First-time registration requires too much data to provide (like one-document scan with same name-address), its creating an entry threshold that holds users from starting using OVH services as not all countries spread such type of documents on everyday basis. Also first-time registration requires too much time (several days) because of that. That's some of the past experience I can remember and something I need to explain to everyone I advice OVH to. For most people all this sounds too complicated and they're sticking with other providers at the end.
