Background: Scared by (as it turned out baseless) rumors about North Korea’s secret Living Weapon program, South Korea decided they needed to „keep up“ and started its own program for genetic enhancement and Living Weapons. Mi Seo is one of the first second gen children of that program when it was finally shut down (arguing that Best Korea was just blowing pixie dust and the costs were gigantic).
Mi Seo, 18 years old, was thus being ‚decommissioned‘ just after training. So what do you do as a superpowered teenager without a high school diploma?

Phase One: Coming to America, Mi Seo proceeded to just live off her soldier’s pension (hey, she got retired at 18, at least they were nice with that?) when she came upon a mugging. After a moment of consideration, she jumped to the victims defense and it turned out she *liked* saving people (instead of just burning down evil communist super soldiers) and things escalated from there.

Pyrokinesis: You can shoot fire from your hands with Shoot up to 3 zones away. You can also control existing fires with Rapport. Finally, you’re immune to damage from fire or heat.

Collateral Damage Effect: If you’re willing to burn everything and everyone you touch, you can wreathe yourself in flames for a few minutes. During this time, people who you touch—or touch you—get burned to the tune of a mild physical consequence, and you set things on fire with your mere presence.

Literally Hot Body: You have a slightly higher body temperature than normal humans, rendering you immune from environmental concerns. You are also somewhat tougher than you look, giving you Armor:2 to everything.

Regeneration: Whenever one of your physical consequences begins to recover, it gets renamed and moved to the next lower consequence slot, if available. This clears away mild consequences immediately. Additionally, at the end of a scene, if you have any mild physical consequences—whether they are recovering or not—they get cleared away automatically.
