With some experience on his belt, Kudo does a magnificent job in stabalizing the arcane essence leaking out of the immensely powerful artifact. Although no physical changes transpired with the helmet, it's stabalized successfully, allowing it to safely be worn by any willing candidate. . if it could even be called safe that is.
