What is your primary characters role? [EMS/Civilian/Police] Criminal Elite
What is your primary character’s backstory and characteristics? Tito Chow former leader of the Los Muertos Cartel. Born and raised in los santos.  after becoming an adult Tito moved to liberty city after being recruited by the Triads.  After two years of banging he was approached by another man with a job.  The mans name was Tony Montana the current leader of the Los Muertos Cartel at the time.  He offered Tito the chance to be his shot caller and run the streets for him in los santos.  Shortly after Tito landed he recruited and built his gang.  After having 9 members of the cartel Tito pulled his move and removed tony from his role he took lead of the Cartel with an iron fist.  Quickly had 18 members and ran the syndicate which had 35 members underneath him.  After a streak of terror through the city Tito was betrayed.  A member shot him but didnt finish the job which left him in coma.  After waking up a few months later he found his old gang was in a rico trial which they lost.  Due to fail police work Tito was pressumed dead and got no charges or time even upon his return.  The legend of Tito Chow is still strong in a couple citys but now Tito feels like its time for him to return.

You are hanging out with your friends and a car pulls up behind you, someone gets out with their gun drawn on you. The person tells you to put your hands up or else they will kill you, they then ask for you to get in the vehicle. What would you say and do in this situation?  i get out the car knowing they got the jump on me.  and comply with there demands
Do you understand acting salty to officers when arrested and rushing them to process you is not considered valid RP, that “breaking character,” or acting “immature” even when someone appears to have broken rules around you, is punishable?
When is a good time to break character?  i dont break character no matter what happens
What should you do if you’re arrested by the police and you lose power during the process? comply.  honestly once i am busted on this character i try and stay alive and do my time.
If you’re robbing a store with a hostage, how would your character deal with the police and the situation at hand if surrounded?  i dooubt i get surrounded but if i do i would give up
Do you stream, use YouTube, or other social media? If so, can you tell us about it? i used to stream i make some youtube videos def no mr moon or nothing but i make attempts
Please explain why meta gaming is bad................ cause its lame using it.  it ruins rp and storys.  honestly my old number two told me he wanted to kill my character. i never treated him any different cause that would be meta tito woulda never of known.  but my answer is it messes up rp
