  1. # Production Process
  2.
  3. At each of the following stages, create documentation that reflects your team's
  4. thoughts and considerations for your idea. Your team should write it with
  5. enough detail for someone else to look over and follow your thought process.
  6.
  7. ## High Concept
  8.
  9. Create an idea of a game that your team will make! Focus on doing things that
  10. you already know; it's hard to predict how long research will take.
  11.
  12. ## User Stories
  13.
  14. Define stories that a user can experience. These may describe events or actions
  15. that the player can perform in the game.
  16.
  17. ## Sprints
  18.
  19. Specify what user stories your team wishes to achieve in a given sprint. Each
  20. sprint should span about 1 week for your team. (You'll have two in total!)
  21.
  22. ## Timeline
  23.
  24. Finally, create a document that summarizes what your team intends to accomplish
  25. over a two week period! This should be created with enough detail for any
  26. faculty member to review throughout the production period.
  27.
  28. ## Team Roles
  29.
  30. Role | Responsibilities
  31. -------------------|-----------------
  32. Scrum Master | Leads the scrums! They manage when that happens and _how_.
  33. Production Manager | Creates production documentation. Point of contact for faculty.
  34. Product Owner | Represents the interests and concerns of the client.
  35. Build Master | Manages the version control repository.
