[20:26] <Amine> My real life name is Amine, I'm 22, from Morocco. I am a Medical student in Russia
[20:26] <Amine> 5th year currently
[20:26] <@DowDaw> Do you have any expreience as server admin? If yes, tell me about it
[20:27] <Amine> As you already know, I'm an admin in Jeroen's server, and I've been promoted to Manager 2 months ago.
[20:29] <@DowDaw> Anything else or that all?
[20:29] <Amine> Yeah that's all, I only play in these 2 servers
[20:30] <@DowDaw> How do you consider your English level? (1/10)
[20:30] <Amine> I would say 7/10
[20:31] <@DowDaw> How's your preparation about hacks?
[20:31] <Amine> Other than English, I speak 3 languages fluently : Arabic, French, Russian (And I understand Spanish a lil bit)
[20:32] <Amine> No server tolerates hacks, so of course any cheater will be immediatly punished by a ban.
[20:32] <Amine> If not, we can call for a higher staff member, or jail them
[20:33] <@DowDaw> Just for the interview, can you tell me some kind of hacks you know?
[20:33] <Amine> I almost know all of them : AB , Fly hacks, Aimbot, rapid fire, troll hacks, Teleport hacks
[20:34] <@DowDaw> How much time you're able to play in the server? Inculding weekends.
[20:34] <Amine> When I'm not in class, I'm all the time home on my PC, which means I can be online at least 4-5 hours a day
[20:34] <Amine> Also I just finished my classes recently, So I'm super free now.
[20:36] <@DowDaw> It happens many time once we hire someone, he/she go inactive for while then coming back asking to get "resign". Do you have any plans of going inactive upcoming days/months?
[20:36] <Amine> Nope, I don't I will be inactive even for a day

[20:37] <@DowDaw> Are you aware that you'll have to face some situations where you have to talk with kids who don't understand you and that you'll have to stop playing to handle those situations and reports?
[20:38] <Amine> Of course, I've been doing that already, with no problem.
[20:38] <@DowDaw> Alright great, we finish first part now I'm going to tell you some information you should be aware about:

[20:40] <@DowDaw> You will be promoted to level 1 (Server Moderator) as server mod you'll be placed under trial for a month which basically that means you will not get a full access to all commands.
[20:41] <Amine> I understand that
[20:42] <@DowDaw> One of the main commands you can't use is /ban. Because of that, we force every admin (inculding mods) to collect proofs before banning someone or asking for ban
[20:42] <@DowDaw> You must to get proofs before asking any admin to ban player for you
[20:42] <@DowDaw> It doesn't matter which hacks (Any kind of hacks).
[20:43] <@DowDaw> You can get video or a screenshot at least, make sure it's enough and vaild
[20:43] <Amine> I was just telling admins today that I will start using Fraps and a Youtube Channel for that
[20:43] <@DowDaw> And of course, hide your chat whenever u record someone or SS
[20:44] <Amine> Of course, admin stuff must stay secret
[20:44] <@DowDaw> Indeed :D

[20:45] <Amine> So basically If I see a hacker and there's no higher admin there,
[20:45] <Amine> First of all, I should have evidence, then?

[20:45] <Amine> Call for an admin
[20:45] <Amine> If there is no response?
[20:46] <@DowDaw> In that case if no one is available, you're free to /kick or /jail (whatever) until an admin arrive or there's a topic on our lounge on forums which you may post there ask for ban

[20:52] <@DowDaw> But you might handle ban appeal's, whenever you ask for a ban and the player who got banned, you have to handle his ban appeal

[20:57] <@DowDaw> But if we changed, you have to re-write with the new password.
