  1. I would make a great part of the team because...
  2. I'm very patient and understanding with people/customers; I'm able to stay focused on the situation and know how to handle them as long as I get the appropriate training.
  3.
  4. When it comes to working from home, I am most interested in learning…
  5. About the different types of people I'll meet, and how people would react to certain responses if there's only one solution to the problem but the customer doesn't like the outcome.
  6.
  7. My strongest attributes as a professional are...
  8. Maintaining professionalism, being a perfectionist and being organized.
  9.
  10. A perfect live chat is…
  11. One where the customer is very calm and understanding to the responses made by the live chat agent; one where the customer isn't being exagguratingly absurd about the situation. Also if I'm doing wrong or if I come off very arrogant as if I can't be wrong, I would appreciate if the customer kindly critisized me and submitted a complaint form of some sort, rather than blatantly arguing or cursing right in the live chat.

  14. Sales
  15. 3 - Average
  16. Speaking truthfully, this would be the first job I'm applying to, so I would need some practice dealing with customers before I can give myself a better rating on this.
  17.
  18. Lead Generation
  19. 2 - Great
  20. I do agree that sometimes it's good to be a leader, say if people aren't sure what to do or are a big confused on things. I would be the one to help them out and give them directions. However sometimes I do feel better off just taking orders, rules or a schedule and following it; off doing my own work and getting the job done.
  21.
  22. Customer Service
  23. 2 - Great
  24. Again, I do feel like I would be the type of agent to be understanding with a customer. Ability to actually be listening to what the customer is asking or saying, rather than just glimpsing and giving a copy/paste answers. However like I said before, this would be my first job if I get it and would need more practice and experience before giving myself a better rating.
  25.
  26. Technical Support
  27. 2 - Great
  28. Technical support and customer service I feel deal with the same basic principles, dealing with customers and what they have to say or ask; however I would need extensive training and guidlines on how to help with technical problems so I can help the customer to the best of my abilities.
  29.
  30. Please tell us about your home office setup and how it would allow you to work distraction free.
  31. My "office setup" isn't much of an office, but I do have a desk with my laptop and printer on it. It isn't some massive desk but it works to get the job done and I believe I do have all the basic essentials required for the job. It allows me to work distraction free by being in the corner of my living room and not having any younger siblings around to be bothersome as some may be. I do have a house full of family members, however if I were to get the job then they would be understanding that if I need peace and quiet then they would respect that and give me my needed isolation.
