Deligation

"How much information should be shared and how much should not be shared" whispers a shadowy figure among the many shadowy figures in this video conference of strange and unusual creatures.

  "There is no doubt," says Lohln, one among the many here, "that with just the one obelisk damaged that many have noticed their powers have increased, and even some humans noticing new powers and magic they didn't have before...however it has been a month since we put the tournament on hold, our various communities are starting to suspect..."

  "Suspect," interjects a vampire, "a giant blue dragon woman exploded out of an island in the Mediteranneon! A monster from the first Hexian War for crying out loud! And what's this..."

  He holds up some papers, "according to this memo miss Shahara was apparently so kind to give us...oh so inferior younger races..." he glares across the monitors, "this was just one of them, sealed by...oh look...none other than this...CHAOS...who is the same one who according to these scraps of paper also showed again during the second Hexian War to kill Yam-Dora, then again to finish off another eldritch horror along side you beast gods....and oh look she was a giant dragon that time...and well look at this..she showed up again to rob the Vampiric Empire of their most powerful magical artifact insuring their demise...and then...that was when these...Dimension Police was it...put those obelisks in place to insure no one could be so powerful...and oh look again...to insure those seals this...CHAOS clearly had made with a time limit wouldn't break....and now she comes up and...punches...one apart...the oh so invincible even the gods couldn't go near them obelisks...and she...punches...it?"

   "Are you done expositing?" asks Shahara, "if so yes, just as we informed the contestants, it is more complicated than you say."

   An image of the dullahan named Violet appears on all their monitors as Shahara speaks, "This contestant was in fact an agent of the Dimension Police, sent to apprehend Prof. Frad, who was sending creatures back and forth between realities."

  An image of Scale and B. Mai Valentine appear, "Such as these two...who we also made contestants. From what we gathered, Frad's power source and immortality stemmed from a mana stone he embedded in his chest, we've naturally known this for ages, however it seems another Dimension Police party came here as Violet was fighting him to apprehend him to try and keep the stone away from Chaos. Given the energy required to force her way into our world and damage the obelisk, versus how much we know was in the mana stone...it was a mere drop in an ocean for her...yet was apparently part of her regardless. So yes, Violet has dropped out, returned her own world, and Frad was killed by Chaos...who it seems has also returned to...where ever it is she comes from."

  "Are you ignoring the bigger problem?" asks a fairy representative, "all this is well and good...but just two days ago that giant monster...that...Kaiju as the humans call them was in a fight with three other Kaiju...at this rate who knows how many more may wake up before the Obelisk is repaired...and if the humans suspect we exist because these gargantuans exist, and with so many of them getting powers that our orginizations are having a hard time contacting and silencing them..."

  "The Dimension Police are needed to repair it," says Lohln coldly, "and I already contacted them, seems two different...precents of them were involved here, and they are having a bit of turmoil amongst themselves about information sharing as they apparently have conflicting records regarding our Chaos."

  Lohln smiles, "seems the second party only knows her by an avatar of greater limitations, as opposed to the unstoppable Chaos of the first...although this seems to answer a few questions for our own...overseers in this matter regarding her apparent reduced power during the second Hexian War till now."

  "In other words," says the vampire deligate, "we can't fix the obelisk, a previously weakened...Eldritch...who while weakened could still kill other Eldritches has just made it so monsters it sealed can wake up at any time, exposing us all, and on top of that creating a power boost that will tempt who knows how many to go public out of arrogance and pride, not to mention the super-hero obsessed humans...this...is a disaster. What..."

  *A boisterous laugh issues forth from Lohln's monitor, but it is not Lohln.

   She turns to see a blue slime woman wearing a silver and black uniform that would be a skin tight form fitting outfit if not for being a slime woman clearly taking that shape, with cut features and long wavy "hair".

  "Who are you?" demands Lohln surprising the delegation.

  "Gel," smiles the slime woman.

  "G...Gel..." stammers Lohln looking her up and down, "Since when can you assume a human shape and...your voice..."

  "With that one out of nine Obelisks destroyed your majesty," says Gel with a mock bow, "My mind becomes clearer and my power back to...well..."

  She clinches her fists, "Not full power, but close to it. However I have been back here listening to you silly little monsters talk in circles around a matter you clearly can do nothing about..."

  "Silly little monsters?" hisses the vampire, "and what..."

   "I was once human," smiles Gel, "before on MY planet I made a deal with the Queen of the Abyss...or as you call her...Chaos."

  The deligation is silent, "I won't bore you with the details but...she killed the god and devil of that world before those Dimension Police fools got involved and trapped us...her generals, in little crystals. Oh what irony that some foolish secret magic society on my world would try to banish my crystal to another planet...fearing me..."

  She puffs out her chest, hand above her breasts, chin points out in pride, "as the most dangerous and powerful of the Queen's generals...below her daughter of course. and sending my crystal to a planet like this one who...well Lohln knows the rest...Athena found my crystal, wore it as a necklace, allowing me to bounce around between her gorgeous breasts till another cut the string in battle allowing me to fall into a tide pool...and awaken...spells are funny like that. Any who...my point is...if the Queen is gathering her Mana Stones it can only mean her long convoluted plan...yes she spoke to us inside our crystals...she is just that powerful...is coming to a close, she is awakening and regathering her fragmented power, which can only mean the seal on Espara is gone and the princess...as well as that other witch the Queen had the princess with....should be free now, and I the mighty Emorphin have already sent out the cordinates of this planet to the princess. What glory shall come here, this world is chaning ye olde monsters, best you accept that now."

  With that Emorphin, formally known as Gel, "And I think I will keep the name Gel, its much cuter and shorter,"....Gel...formally known as Emorphin long ago, vanishes into thin air with a spell even Lohln didn't know she possessed...or that she possessed spells for that matter.
