You should choose HTTPS if it is available for security/privacy reasons. SSL/TLS is probably broken, but it's also probably better than nothing.
A majority of these were found with Google searches; a decent amount (~130) were grabbed from http://www.quickleak.ir/HIuIkFwG , a few others from http://o55m.com/JGCc8KRG (both lists found on Google)
Don't like that your site is listed here? That blows, bro. Use robots.txt & get your site unlisted.
Also, most of these schmucks don't have any anti-spam measures. Get a captcha. Some are even built in php. You don't have an excuse.

There shouldn't be (too many) dupes; all dupes purposefully made are marked.
This list will probably never be updated, especially considering I manually checked all of these. Enjoy!
