We are pleased to inform you that EvosHosting has successfully completed the restoration of our performance and support services. Over the past few months, we have experienced extraordinary growth, increasing from around 300 customers with 512 IPv4 addresses to over 800 customers with more than 1,700 IPv4 addresses. We are incredibly proud of this achievement, but we acknowledge that there have been some challenges and delays for which we take full responsibility.

We would like to clarify a few points and explain how we have addressed and resolved these issues:

**1) Delays in VPS Storage Delivery**

We have seen a significant increase in orders for VPS Storage, activating a total of **8948 TB** in just three months. However, delays in the delivery of new HDDs, caused by issues with our courier DHL, impacted our ability to respond promptly. To prevent this from happening again, we have terminated our contract with DHL and signed a new agreement with UPS, ensuring faster deliveries in the future.

**2) VPS and VDS Performance Slowdowns**

Similarly, the surge in orders affected our operations. Delays in receiving key hardware components (Xeon and AMD Ryzen) slowed our ability to deliver optimal performance. With our new UPS contract in place, we have resolved these issues and are ready to maintain peak performance.

**3) Support Delays**

The sudden growth in our customer base presented challenges for our support team, with only three staff members handling a large volume of requests. We are happy to announce that we have expanded our team by adding four new members, bringing the total to six operators. Our goal is to have **12 staff members by December 31, 2024**, to ensure timely and professional support for everyone.

**4) Extra-EU Invoicing**

For our clients outside the European Union, we are pleased to announce that you can now request VAT-free invoices, in compliance with European regulations.
