  1. Agent Based Modeling
  2. Agent based modeling simulates objects by summarizing their most significant attributes by generalizing their sub components. All simulations exhibit some extent of agent based modeling. Each agent has an interaction with other agents and can potentially have sub objects or be sub object itself to a greater entity. The aim of the model is to accurately account for all significant factors within the system. What is classified as “significant” to the desired information will change depending on what is all included in the simulation. Discounting insignificant factors is a way of using statistical modeling in that the statistically the contribution of rare occurrences will never happen or that the contribution of insignificant contributions will be blurred out by more significant factors.
