i dont want to go a that fkin bash again....its always the same stuff, we do 1000000 jump to get there, we hit a fkin structure, nothing come out, then we have to pod back home. Plus, i had a fleet called way before cal one. I'll stay in lamaa this time. Im sorry.
i wont ping my fleet like i was suposed to, to not disturb that ping but ill mostly stay lamaa roaming solo

thanks mate, im starting to get burned running fleet too. i wasnt able to do it at all yesterday, that's why  i gave it to fao
i mean " i have to day everything in fleet"
i fkin enjoy small gang roam and small nano
but having to say everything starting to burn me real bad
i feel like i should take a small break from leading fleet and just roam with 2-3 more experienced guys , but i fear that make some probem

lol youre fine man... i dont want you burning out from running fleets.... we need to keep pushing the other FCs and Jr. FCs to be taking the helm... Fao is doing great but there's more FCs... i know you guys hate pinging fleet-up but we have to set the example for the other FCs or we're never going to have fleets on the schedule or otherwise everyone logs in and sits around with the thumbs in their ass waiting for someone else to take the lead which generally ends up being you

yeah, i dont ping that much because it mostly always the same. No fleets are pinged , i log, no fleet open, i start one with my alt and start to roam....then suddently : KAAI WHAT ARE YOU DOING ? open your fleet, were comming

youve painted yourself into that corner by not scheduling your fleets... if you pinged and scheduled every one of your fleets and you log in on a night where you didnt ping for fleet, when people ask if youre running a fleet you can say "nope no ping no fleet from me tonight, gonna go do some solo"

the thing ive found that works best is making it clear when im running a fleet.... it lets me draw a clear line for everyone between "okay tonight im entertaining you all" and "no i need to clear my head and have some fun for myself"
and thats a good point.... it should be better turnout now, but even still, pinging doesnt necessarily guarantee youre gonna get a good turnout.... but its better to ping and get a ow turnout than not ping and have the same turnout because at least when you ping, the people who couldnt make it know there's shit going on and are eager to be a part of the next one

but that's the problem, most of the time i want to roam in small gang. but that need a basic understanding of the way to fly and the combat stuff, thus why i enjoy flying with zal and jones that much, i dont have to tell them what to do

i know what you mean.... i say just do it and if people ask to tag along tell them you guys are working on spec ops testing for some fits and need some time for the small gang..... thats probably the easiest way to do it short term..... in the long term, schedule fleets.. if you know youre gonna be online one night and there's nothing on the calendar, post a fleet for it.... even if its like "Ifleet opens at 22:00 come join when you want! we'll be roaming for a couple hours"..... get in the habit of doing that and the line members will be less agitated when their beloved Kaai takes a night off to solo or duo
