Attacker(s): 2 Unknown black males

Description: Sebastian was on his way home from a bar after celebrating his birthday, which was 2 days prior. On his way home, someone shot him once, before leaving him to die on the street. Video footage has been released showing two black males that are believed responsible, but so far, no arrests have been made.
