  1. This is the official rating system used for all Heat™ Rating System (H™RS). To figure out a Pokemon's approximate H™RS, the following steps
  2. must be completed in order.
  3.
  4. 1. First, figure out the following:
  5.
  6. - what tier is this Pokemon in?
  7. - does this Pokemon have viable stats?
  8. - does this Pokemon have a niche in the metagame?
  9.
  10. The following criteria should then be verified:
  11.
  12. - if this Pokemon is in RU or lower, add 10% to it's H™RS factor.
  13. - if this Pokemon has a BST over 500, or is viable in a UU+ environment, add 10% to it's H™RS factor.
  14. - if this Pokemon has a very small niche in the metagame, add 40% to it's H™RS factor.
  15. -if this Pokemon has a small niche in the metagame, add 20% to it's H™RS factor.
  16. -if this Pokemon fills a generic role, add 10% to it's H™RS factor.
  17.
  18.
  19. 2. Next, consider the following:
  20.
  21. - if this Pokemon has an ability that buffs one of it's stats under a weather condition, add 10% to it's H™RS factor.
  22. - if this Pokemon is a Mega-Form, and has a move that buffs it's stats, add 5% to it's H™RS factor.
  23. - if this Pokemon can be used with an Eviolite, add 10-30% to it's H™RS, depending on what tier it is. OU recieves 10%, UU recieves 20%, anything
  24. under recieves 30%.
  25.
  26.
  27. 3. Finally, find the Pokemon's optimal moveset, and check the following:
  28.
  29. - if this Pokemon is weak to or walled by Landorus-T, Tapu Fini, or Heatran, add 10% to it's H™RS factor.
  30. - if this Pokemon has Hidden Power Fire, Ice, Electric, or Grass add 5% to it's H™RS factor.
  31. - if this Pokemon has a Hidden Power that is any other type, add 20% to it's H™RS factor.
  32. - if this Pokemon has Hidden Power Dark, Iron Head, or Aqua Jet, add 25% to it's H™RS. If it has all of the moves listed, add 90% to it's H™RS factor.
  33.
  34. If the Pokemon finishes with a total of 10% or under, it is classified as a TRY-HARD LADDER NINJA.
  35. If the Pokemon finishes with a total of 30% or under, but not 10%, it is classified as a LOW-LEVEL HEATERSON.
  36. If the Pokemon finishes with a total of 50% or under, but not 30%, it is classified as a SO BAD.
  37. If the Pokemon finishes with a total of 70% or under, but not 50%, it is classified as ACTUALLY HEAT.
