Snowy Night

As the two munchkins ran into bed, Mr. Lemieux pulled a book out from the living room bookshelf. The two girls were snug as a bug in a rug, loudly chanting, "Story time! Story time!"

"Yes, yes, now move over so your Papa can sit down." They each scooched their legs over and made room for their Dad. The girls were both a shade of pastel blue; one wearing red pajama bottoms and the other purple. Both sporting jolly snowmen designs on their pajamas. Both as beautiful as their mother.

Mr. Lemieux cracked open the very first page of the book, "Alrighty, so we're going to read a new book, The Night Before Christmas-"

"We've already read that one before, Daddy." said little Rachel.

"Yeah! We already read that one." repeated little Cindy.

"You sure? Well it doesn't matter. It's Christmas Eve and we're going to read a Christmas story."
