Xperia FlashTool guide

001A. Download FTF file: https://disk.yandex.ru/d/ettW6aII3aaJpf flashtool.

001B. (optional) Download & install Xperia Z3 driver: https://developer.sony.com/file/download/xperia-z3-driver

001C. Download FlashTool for Windows: https://github.com/Androxyde/Flashtool/releases/

002. Open flashtool-0.9.36.0-windows.exe

003. Clic next

004. Clic next to install on C:/Flashtool

005. Clic Install (& wait)

006. Clic Finish.

007. Go to C:/Flashtool

008. Open FlashTool64.exe & accept admin window.

009. Wait as its prompted.

010. Click FLASH button (upper-left corner, lightning symbol)

011. Choose the bootmode from dialog box --> Flashmode --> OK

012. Find and Load the Xperia firmware file. clic the [...] and Pick the loaded firmware

013. Tick all options under the “Wipe” pane.

014. click FLASH button to start the flashing process.

015. Switch off your Sony device. (be sure that you have 80% of battery or above).

016. Connect the device to PC while pressing and holding the Volume Down button.

017. You will see ADDED message after connecting Xperia device to PC.

018. Flashing process will start and it will take 3- 15 minutes to complete.

019. Once you see “Flashing finished” as indicated below, your Sony Xperia has been successfully flashed

020. Disconnect the device from PC and switch it on. !!

Now your device is factory restored, there is no information saved and the lockscreen is unlocked too
